    It opens cans as designed, but when it reaches the end of the cut the liquid inside the can is kicked out all over base and counter. Bought for wife to replace hand held, now she's back on hand held one instead of this way overpriced junk.

    This is a great can opener. Love the taller model for larger cans and it cuts very sharply,quickly and clean. It was surprising that it was such a great price for the same Cuisinart quality. I always trust Cuisinart. Highly recommend.
