Up until now, I've settled for the typical coffee that you get from K-cups. Now that I've switched to an actual espresso machine... boy is it a game-changer! This Cuisinart machine is worth every penny. It makes an excellent cup of espresso effortlessly. Set up was less than 5 minutes. Maintenance is simple. Highly recommended.

I have used a Keg for years now but after a family member let me taste the coffee from this type of machine I was never interested. I probably would have normally gone the route of a Nespresso but when this showed up on the Deal of the Day I could not refuse. It is a beautiful looking machine and makes a great cup of coffee!

this espresso machine is good, just don't expect european quality espresso. better than the illy espresso machine i'm replacing. double espresso is fine, regular espresso better. not as hot as it should be and i turned temp up as high as possible.

Although I didn’t realize how small an espresso shot really is, I’m still glad I made the purchase. The machine heats up quickly, although I wish it got a bit hotter. I love the way it ticks used pods away as well.

Have had this for over a year. Makes great espresso. Key is finding the type of pod you like. Cuisinart is a great brand so I trust them if I ever have any issues.

Great machine, love the fact that it makes a little noise if compared with the Mini versions, of the up side I like the fact that I can setup the cup size for both the short and long coffee.

Quick and easy heats up fast perfect amount when just need a shot. Find myself going back to this more and more instead of my full cup of coffee.

Makes great coffee but in my case the machine is kind of shaking when making the coffee and the cup would slip away. Also I think it’s a bit too noisy.

Absolutely love the espresso maker. Only complaint is that the first one I got didnt work but was able to exchange.

Meets my expectations with exception of brewing temperature it being achieved. The manual says by default it brews at 200 degrees and can be adjusted 5 degrees up or down. The highest temps I am seeing is still less than 160 degrees. I now have tried two machines and experienced similar top temps for brewing. A call into Cuisinart service did not help as they stated that the temps stated in the manual happen in the brew process (internally) but does not necessarily mean it will achieve that temp as it is dispensed. I am not buying that answer. Hope they respond to this review with better explanation.

Excellent expresso maker. I have owned several over the years and this is by far the best. Perfect brew and no drips.
