Nice 15-bar Espresso machine that delivers nice espresso. The steaming wand leaves a lot to be desired; it's short, so it makes controlling the foam difficult. Also, the steam takes a while to heat and deliver if its right after completing a double shot. Water tank is a good size. The machine is a bit loud, so don't expect to make a espresso without waking up the house. 'Heating tray' is probably a bit exaggerated; more like a warm area on top of the machine that so happens to get warm because that's where the heating element is built inside the machine. Easy to clean. I'd recommend purchasing a nice tamper as the one that comes with the machine is just cheap plastic. Overall a great value for a solidly make product. P.S. Make sure to shut it off after each use.

This is my second Cuisinart EM-10. The first one lasted for more than 8 years. Large water reservoir, easy to use and clean. 15 bar pressure for perfect cappuccino. This is sturdy and very well built. Highly recommend.

This machine is easy to use, quick and efficient, and make nice hot espresso. The steamer froths the milk nicely. I have no complaints. have been using it 4-5 days a week for about a month with no issues.

I have only used this a few times so far and I absolutely love it. It’s like my own in home cafe!

The coffee maker is easy to use, makes fantastic coffee. Will recommend to any one that likes expresso coffee.

I got this to replace a different espresso machine, that stopped working after only two years. So far this machine is working out nicely and I am happy. I'm hopping it lasts longer then two years though!

This is a great product! So easy to use! Be sure to both read the instructions and view the DVD. The instructions aren't very easy to follow, but provide valuable information. The DVD shows you just how simple this appliance is to use. What makes a great espresso with this is to rinse the filter baskets before putting the grounds in, using quality espresso-grind coffee, and not to tamp the grounds too tightly. We really like a Blue Mountain blend; it's a wee pricy, but worth it. Also, be sure to wipe the brew head after every brew. The steam wand is quite perfect. I find it just the right height to tilt the frothing pitcher under and move around from counter-height. And if you want to steam milk without texturing it, just move the pitcher over to the drip tray until it's warmed. I'm off to making us some espresso right now!

I purchased this as a mothers day gift for my wife and at first she was a little skeptical about it, thought it would be difficult to work, but she loves it. She is an avid coffee drinker and this espresso maker fits the bill. Able to make 2 cups at one time of very tasty coffee. Only complaints are that its a little loud and when it finishes water drains into the driptray from the back of the maker so if the tray is not there then the water drains into the bottom of the maker, no biggie though.

It worked well from the very beginning making a good espresso (of course you need a good coffee) and an excellent capuccino. Having used different espresso makers in the past, which lasted no more than 12 months, the big question is how long will this last.

The machine works excellently, seems very well put together and easy to opperate. I make cappocinos every day and it is so much better then my last machine. A little loud but they all are, so I have no complaints there. I have only had it since christmas so I do not know about its durability but it does come with a three year warrantee so I am covered if any issues come up. Excellent steamer, and it despenses the pressure into the drip tray whenever you stop steaming. Highly recommended

I purchased this unit as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. On Christmas day we opened it up and attempted to use it. We set it up as the instructions indicated, added water, and turned it on to start the initial water cycle cleaning before its first official use. Problem was, it wouldn't pull any water from the reservoir and would just loudly hum and put off heat. It was returned and replaced for an identical unit. Same problem though. We called Cuisinart and were told that they've "had trouble with several of these units recently". That was it for us and the second unit has been returned and will be replaced by a different brand. We had high hopes for the unit but were sad to see we received two defective units in a row.

Terrible, dont buy, it's not worth it, i will be returning mines this week. looks great, but performs terribly.

Lasted less than a month. Would not recommend. Used about a dozen times, then it wouldn't even turn on.
