I bought this to try "Hawaiian burgers" with grilled pineapple and was blown away by how well it worked the very first time! Closing the lid while grilling not only making cooking time less, but there was zero counter splatter. Clean-up was easy, since the non-stick plates remove easily and can be popped into the dishwasher. Grease drains into a drawer underneath that is also easy to remove and clean. All in all, a really nice product I'm glad to have purchased and am using frequently.

This thing is awesome. Works as a panini press as well as a griddle for pancakes. I have used it for bacon and other things as well.

Great for paninis and actually made pankakes on it!!! Goes up to 475 degrees! Also love toasting my bagels in it cus it flattens them up for an extra toasty bagel!

Love that it has removable plates, makes it easy to clean. Cooks well and is well built. Cuisinart also sells waffle plates for this too.
