We bought it to replace our smaller Griddler, and that lasted years. This larger Griddler heats up quickly, has a larger cooking area, and the plates can even be replaced with waffle plates too, which is awesome!

Besides grilled cheese sandwiches and paninis, I find myself using it to make veggie burgers, grill buns, and reheat leftovers. I thought this might be just another appliance in the way, but this one is very versatile,

It makes perfect tuna melts, grilled cheese sandwiches. We also use it for hash browns & they are done better and crispier than any other method.

Nice small appliance

It was definitely not included. Other than that the unit seems to work fine.

Great Brand but not included what it supposed
