    Looking at the product description and images I believed it came with the waffle grids. It did not! It also appears that Best Buy doesn't even sell the grids. Very disappointing. Otherwise, it seems to work.

    Amazing! I love how easy the machine is to use. My fiancé and I were looking for a panini maker, and this definitely was worth buying. We use it all the time!
