This is a great coffee maker. Grinding the beans before making a cup of coffee makes the coffee tastes better. I love the smell of fresh ground beans.

Great to have a machine that'll both grind whole beans and also be able to use any pods like K-cups. Works great so far

Product came back defective (the grinder doesn't work) tried all the troubleshooting. Tried to do an online return and it won't let me do one saying I need to go to a store. The closest store is over an hour away. So now I have a half working machine. Wish I had researched first as there are many reviews about this machine on other sites where the grinder did not work upon arrival. Waste of money.

works well but water frequently leaks from beneath the unit. have tried many fixes but none work. if it wasn't for that I would rate it higher.
