Best Kcup brewer I have had yet. Love the adjustable temperature, 5 cup sizes and hot water feature. One minute brewing time can’t be beat. Great purchase!

The only think I like about this coffee make is it does not store water inside the unit to sit and it looks nicer than the other brands. Other than that.... I don’t like it. It is LOUD and sounds like an airplane taking off while dispensing, Everything vibrates. Refilling the take is awkward and clumsy and if you miss... or don’t put the water tank back on JUST RIGHT, water goes everywhere.

great brand the first on I had lasted 10 years it finely gave out and had to buy a new one hope this one last as long

This is the second one that I purchased because I liked the first one. However, I had the product less than a month. The coffee did not stay hot very long. Coffee grounds were in the bottom of my cup. The last thing it did was explode the k-cup and it went everywhere.

I bought this for a Christmas present. It had to be returned. The system leaked water every where. Very disappointed.

I’ve had two Cuisinarts and one Keurig coffee maker over the years. This model is definitely quieter than me previous units. However, it seems to take so long for the coffee to fill a 12 oz cup. Could be my perception first thing in the morning, but it certainly feels slower than all other products I’ve had. I’ve only had it a few months so cannot accurately review the dependability of this maker.

I did not even have this for 1 year. Not used every day, but enough to where it should not have died on me. Will not buy another one.
