    Very flimsy. Bought this to make thin slices of beef for gyudon. I adjusted it to the thinest setting but it doesnt hold that position for long. You have to keep readjusting the knob or even hold the knob while trying to thin slice the meat. It can be done as long as you have patience with holding and adjusting.

    Serrated blade makes slicing thin not possible. However, seems sturdy and well made

    The motor runs too slow to cut anything thin, the plastic guides flex too much causing the size of slices to be bigger,

    Bought this to thin slice ribeye steak for Philly cheese steak. While it slices the steak, it doesn't slice as thin as I had hoped. I got a lot of small pieces because it would push the meat instead of cut it. Maybe this slicer wors better for something easier to cut than raw steak?

    You love this kitchen cutting essential. We prepared a wonderful roast and cut the meat in slices for dinner as well as using the remaining slides for “next day “ sandwiches !

    Good in-home slicer. I can get deli meat by the piece to slice as I like. I bought this though, to slice very lean beef roasts for sandwiches and stirfry.
