New coffee make works great coffee very hot and with the thermal craft remains that way for hours.highly recommend

DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEEMAKER

The unit leaked water from the bottom and I was just lucky I caught it before it spilled over the counter onto my hardwood floors. I was excited about having a Cuisinart coffeemaker, but should have read the online reviews about this particular unit. ALWAYS read the reviews first!!! Best Buy's handling of the problem was 5 star with a full refund, but this was the worst coffeemaker I've ever purchased.
