My Mother in law was impressed with the quality and how easy it was to use. She is in her young 70's. She previously used an on the stove kettle. She loves the perfect tea temperature features for different varieties of tea.

I like drinking different kinds of teas and from green to black and I feel that the flavor is more on point with being able to control the temp of how hot i need to boil the water. also has a great feature of keeping the pot warm rather then having to reheat the whole thing.

This is a powerful electric kettle that heats to 6 different temperatures, with suggested temperatures for green, oolong, and white tea. The kettle does get a little loud, but it's worth it given how efficiently it heats the water. 1.7L is pretty good capacity - enough to fill two 20-oz. sized Yeti's with some leftover water. It's a little pricey, but I think it seems like it should be a reliable kitchen appliance for many years to come.

I used this while staying at a family members houseand was hooked. This kettle is fast, accurate, and can keep water warm with its insulated carafe for about 15 minutes or even longer with its keep warm setting. Six temperature settings for every kind of tea or hot water based beverages. Love it.

As one would expect, cuisinart makes a great product. The kettle boils and holds perfect temperatures depending on what you need it for. It boils water quickly and it’s super easy to clean. Great purchase!

I have had this for almost a year now and use multiple times a day. Looks great and heats perfectly. Very quiet and I like the variety of temperature options for different types of tea. Made solid.

This kettle heats up quick and maintains a consistent temperature. Easy to use with preset buttons for common drinks including tea and coffee but also includes the actual temperature. We use this every day and couldn't be happier! Great buy.

We use this everyday. Beats having to boil water on the stove. There are different temperatures for certain types of teas. Easily lifts off the base. Very convenient to have and takes up minimal space on kitchen counter.

I drink a lot of tea, and this kettle is perfect for that. You can regulate the temperature you want the water at depending on the tea you're making, perfect! Only think I don't love is that once it's done and you return it to the base it maintains the water hot as default, unless you turn it off. At the beginning it took me a few days to get used to that and remember to turn it off so it didn't use up power, now it's just part of the ritual.

This kettle is easy to setup and get started using. Love all the different temperature settings. Bought this to help make Matcha because it needs a lower temperature water.

This kettle heats so fast. It is easy to use. If I had known I would have purchased one a long time ago. I've owned it for 3 weeks now. I love I can choose the temperature of the water. GREAT PRODUCT

The Cuisinart kettle is simple to operate. Heats water fast. Protects hands from hot steam during pour. Overall good product. Best Buy experience was likewise excellent.

This is a replacement for one we bought in 2011 that stopped heating. If I had more time I probably could fix it, but suffering without this for the two weeks it took me to buy a new one was really annoying. We are so spoiled by this kettle. We use it multiple times per day to make hot water for hot drinks, ice tea, soup and pasta. The different temps are really useful when making different teas, french press coffee, or if you want a hot drink quickly that won't burn your mouth (use the low temp).

My last kettle lasted close to 3 years and was just a cheap glass electric kettle that only had one temperature and no warming option. This new kettle is so much better, It has various temperatures which I did not think would make too big of a difference but it does for green tea. Green tea is so much better at a lower temp. With this being a metal kettle if you are making something again right away you do not have to wait for it to cool down before you add water. This has been a life saver for making iced tea on these hot summer days. I have not used the warm function yet but I am sure that will be fantastic once winter comes.
