Easy and quick to use. I liked the the temperature options

Bought this to make tea and it works great and looks elegant

Quick heating time. Nice to have several selections of temperatures. Only minor complaint is that the plug is not designed to easily remove from outlet (if you don't want to leave it on constantly). Last kettle the wires pulled away from plug and stopped working.

I use this at least once, sometimes twice each day. It heats the water very quickly to a boiling point (usually less than 2 minutes). Very reliable!

This kettle is very nice. If you like to have control of different temperatures, this one is for you. My wife likes it as hot as it gets; my kids like to have their drinks at a cooler temp. This kettle makes it easy to consistently get the temperature that each of us want.

For $100 the lid should not get stuck and the water level should be easier to read. It’s fast to heat up water, I like the alarm to let you know it’s to temp, and it’s a nice looking kettle.

I have always used a tea kettle to prepare my tea in the morning. I was redoing my kitchen and thought it would be nice to have a spot to prepare coffee and tea and was so happy with this electric tea kettle. It is quick to heat up and it automatically shuts off. I no longer worry if I left the kettle on. It looks great alongside the coffee maker. I love it!

The product is perfect for making tea! A great alternative to the stovetop version. Its really fast too, it seems like it boils water in like a minute or two.

This is a must for anyone who drinks tea. Or anyone who hears water and forgets. I have two, one for home and one for work.

I love the design, the look, the quality, and different temperature setting! Very quick to heat up desired temperature! Except when press Open, the temperature buttons are under thumb of palm. The temp setting is kind of easy to be messed up. I just used it for about a month. So far so good. Don't know durability yet.

I use different types of tea that suggest different temperatures. This kettle has different temperature settings that are easy to use. It will also maintain the temperature for a period of time. I purchased this one as a gift when I was visiting my son and his family. They love it!

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift! She absolutely loves it and uses it several times a day everyday. I’m impressed how quickly it heats up water! She a big tea drinker and loves the options of different brewing temperatures.

Purchased for my friend that recently told me she has burned her gas kettle dry and hopes not to burn down her home! She has a beautiful home and no junk allowed, this unit meets her high quality requirements and she enjoys the temperature control for her teas.

Looks great in any kitchen and has temperature control options for all kinds of tea. The only negative note is the beeping. The kettle beeps 5 times when it's reached the preset temperature and there's no way to disable or change the beeps. Ah well, at least i know when it's time for tea!

I had to replace a really old traditional kettle and I was struggling to find a new one. A Best Buy associate recommended this and I am so grateful for it. It's been a huge game changer in our house. It makes the perfect tea and is perfect for french press coffee. It was so great I purchased another one for a gift!
