Its a nice looking and working coffee pot. It makes 14 cups which comes in handy at my house. The only issue I have had is filling up reservoir with water. You have to pour it at a weird angle to empty water in the reservoir.

We had an old model, inexpensive coffee maker that was not delivering the flavor we wanted, so off to Best Buy for a new model. After comparing several brands and models, I settled on the Cuisinart, which seemed to have all the features I wanted. So far, it hasn't disappointed. Coffee is hot and flavorful, and the unit looks good in our kitchen. It comes with a cone-shaped gold filter, which works fine. I prefer paper filters, so we removed the metal filter and use #4 paper cones. Personal preference. Hoping this one will last a long time.

The Cuisinart DCC-3200 14-cup coffee maker makes delicious coffee and has many useful features. Some coffee makers have a problem when you fill the carafe with the maximum measures of water. The DCC-3200 works properly for all quantities -- two to 14. The "1-4" button, designed to "maximize coffee flavor when brewing fewer than five cups" works well: The brewed coffee tasted as good as the coffee when more than four cups were brewed. The water-level scale on the side of the unit is very accurate (five ounces of water per cup of coffee). It has three settings for the warming plate. The "high" setting will satisfy those who like their coffee as hot as tolerable. I pour the coffee two minutes before I want to drink it, so that it cools slightly. I do not know how effective the charcoal filter is, but it is a nice feature if your water could benefit from filtering. We use it, but our water is of drinkable quality. My only slightly negative comment is that the medium warming-plate setting produces slightly cooler coffee than I want, and the high setting produces slightly hotter coffee. Because everyone's temperature preference is different, this is not a product defect. Otherwise, I am fully satisfied with the features and functionality of the product. Cuisinart customer support is probably above average for small-appliance manufacturers. I called once, was on-hold for only a short time and received an accurate answer. The DCC-3200 is easy to use, its control panel easy to understand. The manual is unusual in that it is helpful and very readable. Coffeemaker has all the features you could want: auto on/off timer, brew pause, adjustable temperature for heat plate. Brews fast and is a reliable product.

Brews a flavorful cup of coffee with about 50% less grounds than others. That's probably because it has a cone shaped basket for the grounds. Coffee seal works well and doesn't drip if you pull out the carafe a bit early. Nice sounding bell notification when coffee is fully brewed. The plastic is heavier duty than competitors and doesn't smell like plastic when it gets hot from the brewing process. Brighter blue LCD is a little easier to read than black on grey LCDs. Carafe is two cups larger than most, so that means you can get as much as 7 mugs/14 cups worth of coffee in one brewing.

My husband uses this pot everyday. Makes great coffe and keeps it very hot.

This is our second in 8years...dependable...stays hot...thick glass carafe...beautiful on the counter...Will buy again

I like to have the coffee ready when I get up so I was looking for one with a timer. This one also allows for "Bold" coffee, and has a feature for temperature control. It is great quality. It is also an attractive unit.

Great coffee maker. Easy to use and looks stylish. Only downside is that when you lift the lid, condensation runs down the back side and onto the counter. Needs better design to prevent that. Also wish it did not have the rim around the carafe, it traps liquids (coffee and water) when pouring and washing.

Very good coffee maker and easy to program. Only drawback would be empting water into the machine as the lid doesn’t go back far enough to empty the coffee pot into water chamber.

Bought it for the 14-cup carafe and the high ratings. Not a bad price, but worth the extra cost. Simple and easy to use. Makes good coffee.

Sleek, easy to program, and you can see the display very clearly. Large 14 cup, no drip pouring. Easy to fill with water. Medium hot setting is perfect. Would purchase again.

What an invention, you put in the paper thingy, add coffee (already chopped up, the beans do not work) and press a button, and coffee comes out Added bonus, it tells time

This Cuisinart coffee maker is a step up from the one we had, which was also, a Cuisinart. Ours was almost 10 years old and it was time for a new one. Love the sleek design, fits on our counter perfectly AND brews the very best coffee ever!!! We will always buy Cuisinart!

Great so far. The bigger amount cups makes difference for our coffee drinking family. Like how you can choose the temp it holds it at so our coffee stays warmer longer. Easy trip use. Does take conic shaped filters. Most of all it pours well and no drips when you take it out in middle of brewing.
