At this writing, we've been using it for about 3 weeks. Solid, reliable coffee maker. Easy to clean the "gold" filter and the pot after each use. Coffe tastes as good, or better, than previous Mr. Coffee brand. One think I did'nt fully realize: it has a charcoal filter in the water tank and it should be replaced from time to time. Right now that's an added cost of around .75 to a dollar every month. I gave the 4 stars because I haven't really used this long enough to be sure of an "excellent" rating.

Good coffee maker,so far so good, didn't realize it when I got it but is has a 14 cup capacity, very good for this family.

Great coffee pot. Had purchased an more expensive/different brand. It was not great so returned and grabbed this guy! Fantastic! Easy to use. Stays nice and warm, programming is a breeze!

I have owned this pot or something similar for over the last decade. My old one finally gave out and needed to be replaced and I tried other coffee pots but the coffee was never quite as good as this one. On the plus side: - It is one of the larger (14 cups) pots on the market. - It brews great coffee - it might take a minute or two longer than other pots, but I believe that is what helps improve the taste of the coffee. Generally coffee made in this pot is well balanced and not bitter. - Has a setting to adjust the temperature setting of the hot plate - this will help ensure coffee is hot, but not burnt. If you have a tendency to drink your coffee slowly, use the lower setting (as we do) - Has a water filter built in. Makes it easy to brew coffee with good quality water (good quality water and good quality coffee are super important to good coffee...) Areas for improvement - In this day in age, would love the ability to integrate into home automation platforms. While most days our routine is somewhat set, would be nice to be able to start the coffee from our bedroom on the weekends...

I’m very satisfied with this machine. It’s easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee. We got tired of the single use system we had for several years and haven’t looked back since switching. It’s easy, can be ready when we wake up, and is a great deal. I don’t even know how much money we’ve saved on afternoon coffee shop trips and boxes of pods. Also, Best Buy priced matched an ad I found!

The coffee marker makes a good cup of coffee and there are options that allow a stronger or milder brew. It is programable making it very convient for people wanting coffee in morning prior to leaving for work. It has the ability to make as many as 14 cups and as few as 1 to 4 cups.

Love the features such as the ability to adjust the temperature, the "time to clean" indicator, descale/clean cycle and side view to see the water level as you fill it. 14 cup capacity doesn't take up more space/height than our previous 12 cup Cuisinart. Pours cleanly with no drip.

The Cuisinart coffee maker is easy to use and makes very fine coffee. I add water and coffee at night and set the timer so I have fresh hot coffee in the morning. I can adjust the hot plate temperature and the automatic shutoff time so I can have coffee throughout the morning.

Easy to use, easy to clean, and coffee tastes fine. I knocked it a star because I find the carafe to be quite annoying. If you poor it too fast, liquid will somehow get around the lip and drip down the carafe.

I have lost track of how many of these items we have purchased over the years. It has been our maker of choice for over 20 years. It makes very consistent coffee. Early in the Covid pandemic ours failed and we could not get one locally. Delivery was going to take over 3 weeks. We ordered one but bought an inexpensive M Coffee until it arrived. The quality of the coffee remains high, but in recent years they have only lasted about 3-4 years. The failures on the last 2 were leaks in the reservoir

We love our new coffee pot. It makes great coffee & has lots of options. It stays hotter longer. We can boost the flavor. It filters the water. We can use the timer, so it is ready in the morning when we get up.

It was time to replace our coffeemaker and I began the search. Our major requirement was to conserve counter space. After eliminating large machines, I sought a coffeemaker based on cleaning practices, a long heating system, and chose this model. We have a carafe to keep coffee hot and use a Kuereg for expresso and flavored coffee. Therefore we highly recommend this coffeemaker as an all purpose easy-to-use daily and space saving counter model.

Love the ease of use and taste of coffee. Love the settings to keep coffee warm.

Pros: + Length of time warmer is on is user-configurable. + 14-cup capacity. + Water reservoir has an easy-to-read level indicator. + Makes excellent, hot coffee. + Carafe does not drip when pouring coffee. Cons: - Emptying last bit of water from carafe into reservoir is challenging because the reservoir opening is cramped. Note that the clock face illumination is bright--it will light up your kitchen at night. Finally, all coffee makers eventually die. When that happens with this unit, I WILL BUY ANOTHER Cuisinart. Very satisfied.
