This coffeemaker takes a little practice to add the water without getting drips on the outside or in the wrong areas of the inside of the unit. Once the coffee is brewed, it remains hot for an extended period of time in carafe, due to the design of the lid. I would recommend to a friend and I would buy it again.

This coffee maker is great on space and is fast and reliable. This coffee maker is used in the office and shared with a group of 8 people. It works great. The brand is reliable and the second coffeemaker in 10 years we have purchased. We purchased this as an additional coffeemaker. We would buy again. The 14 cup is plenty for a fresh pot in the morning and then another in the afternoon. This workhorse lasts. Easy to figure out the timers and options.

When my 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker finally stopped working after years of daily use, I upgraded to this 14 cup model. I like it and feel that it is an upgrade. The coffee maker was packaged well and easy to take out of the box. I did read the instructions before first use. The coffee pot lid seems more solid than my older one. It's also easier to add water to the back of the machine. Overall, it's easy to use, add your beans, water, and press the start button. In a few minutes, you'll have great tasting coffee! I also like the silver exterior as it goes well with the stainless steel in my kitchen. I have used this coffee maker daily since purchase, and i am happy i bought it!

I am very please with my new purchase! My new Cuisanart coffee maker was easy to set up and it makes an excellent cup of coffee... or 2 ,or 3, or 14 cups! I am definitely one very happy coffee drinker!

Great look black vs silver finish. Good features. Although it is a 14 cup coffeemaker there is a button for 1-4 cups. Easy to clean. The basket is re-useable and easy to wash.

I would purchase this item again no questions asked. Never had one problem with this machine. It performs as specified if cleaned regularly makes greAt coffee, which aLso keeps your coffee hot for up to 2 hours if you select H for carafe temperature. The only function I stopped using was the auto program. Not because yit didn't work but because the electrical grid in this city frequently experiences power surges that screw up every clock and machine in my kitchen. I got tired of resetting my coffee pot , my stove, my microwave and my dishwasher, week after week after week. It takes very little time to make a pot considering all the aggravation of resetting clocks throughout my kitchen. It's a nice size and a simple, uncomplicated interface without all the bells and whistles that I neither want nor need. One of the very best purchases I have ever made and I highly recommend.

This replaced a very old Cuisinart that wore out. This model is easy to use, has options to tailor taste, and makes great coffee.

I love this coffee pot so much that I'm on my 3rd one. Charcoal filter and gold filter basket definitely enhance the flavor of any coffee used, and the super user friendly programmable feature makes my life SO. MUCH. EASIER.

I really have to give this Cuisinart Coffeemaker Five Stars and here's why. At first you select your new Coffeemaker by type and the way it looks. Since it is on your counter 24/7 it has to look great and it does. The coffee is Hot! Just the way I like it. If it's too hot to drink after it's poured it's just right. The carafe keeps coffee hot longer than I thought possible. After looking at everything and not being a stranger to disappointment it was so refreshing to be thrilled with our selection. As always Best Buy had this order shipped & delivered in no time. Completely satisfied with this purchase!

Overall a very good product, easy to use and makes good coffee. Only downside is the LED display, it is annoyingly brite.

I bought this for a friend and she loves it. She said it stays hot pretty long and makes really good coffee. She's drinking more now. If anything changes I will edit this review

Easy to use and the coffee taste great. Grant you it helps if you use really good coffee to begin with but the Cuisinart performs so well...it is actually our third one.

Two weeks of great coffee so far from this machine. Unlike some others, this gets the water HOT enough to make great coffee. Controls are easy to figure out, the best of which is to turn off the annoying beeping "done" tones. Stainless carafe keeps it hot without cooking, although pouring out the last drop is the usual messy adventure with these insulated things. Best part is the limited number of parts to fiddle with. It allows the use of number 4 conical filters OR an included reusable mesh filter. Have tried each way with a variety of grind sizes and always get good results.

This coffeemaker is by far the best I've ever owned. I'm not sure how Cuisinart does it, but the coffee is smooth and hot, with no bitterness. I had previously used both Black & Decker, Hamilton Beach, and Mr. Coffee units, but the Cuisinart outdoes them all. I like this unit so much that I bought a second one as a spare, just in case.

Easy to use and brews a great pot of coffee. I like using the program choice to have the pot already brewed when I wake up. Easy to clean and looks nice too. The metal carafe keeps the coffee warm for a long time. I prefer this type of carafe over a glass type. I would highly recommend this product.
