This was a disaster. The unit leaked water from the bottom and I was just lucky I caught it before it spilled over the counter onto my hardwood floors. I was excited about having a Cuisinart coffeemaker, but should have read the online reviews about this particular unit. ALWAYS read the reviews first!!!
Best Buy's handling of the problem was 5 star with a full refund, but this was the worst coffeemaker I've ever purchased.
