Replaced old coffee pot, coffee was not hot after brewing. New coffee make works great coffee very hot and with the thermal craft remains that way for hours.highly recommend

Great coffee pot, we purchased it because we kept breaking the glass pot for our old Cuisinart coffeemaker. My only complaint is the interior of the pot is difficult to clean but overall we are very happy with it.

The carafe system, programming and brewing are all great, but the carafe is poorly designed. The spout is designed such that it pours a very slow, very small stream, and you cannot empty the pot unless you turn it entirely upside down--meaning coffee goes everywhere. I can't believe this design flaw! Didn't they test the product before marketing it?

Keeps coffee warm for a long time. Stainless container means no risk of broken class if dropped.

Excellent coffee maker but It had a very strong chemical/ plastic taste out of the box. Bad taste is gone after washing with vinagre (several times).

I purchased this machine because I really enjoy coffee. One of the primary reasons I chose this model is the thermal carafe. I expected it to keep the coffee hotter, longer. That is not the case. As a matter of fact, the directions suggest you might want put in hot water to dump out as to pre warm the metal carafe. Also, the spout on the carafe is designed in such a way that you have to really invert the carafe for the coffee to pour out into the cup. This guarantees the coffee will splatter on the counter around the cup. Over all, for the price, I expected much more. A little disappointing.
