    Love everything about it except for the pot itself. It’s really heavy and you have to almost turn it upside down to pour from it.

    I typically buy Cuisenart appliances. I like their performance, but this particular item stopped working just after the Best Buy return period. I went through the troubleshooting, but it is unresponsive to pressing “brew,” or with any other buttons.
