Reliable mid-price mixer. I had one and it last me more than 15 years until the attachment became loose.

Did not need a hand held mixer, but had extra money left on a gift card. The first time she used it, before she was even done, she took the old one that was perfectly fine and threw it away. I took that as she likes this one much better.

Producet came fast and on time. Works great and was delivered undamaged. Very very happy

In my opinion, the beaters are chintzy. They are not much more than a wire whisk and the ends on each one are different sizes making them more difficult to install (which made them fall out in my batter the first time) and probably harder to replace. The lowest speed is really fast and it would probably power a small boat on the highest speed. I suppose I'm just old school and dislike change. It does look nice though, if you are just looking for a prop for a set kitchen. It's OK, but having only used it once, I'm really not searching recipes for something so I'll just have to use it. It will fill the bill on making a box cake, but I'm not sure about creaming butter and sugar. It's OK, that's all.

The mixer is fine for things that are not too thick or stiff. The mixer has a set of plastic drive gears that will wear down quickly if used in heavy products. The beaters also will warp in heavy doughs or products. The motor is powerful enough but the internal parts cannot take the torque.

I used the mixer for the first time during the Thanksgiving holidays and I really love the mixer.
