Charging tabs are too fragile and bent out of place (hence it couldn't charge). Don't want it replaced, want it refunded. I'm currently out of the country and I just found out bestbuy has a 15 day return policy!! Unheard of!! Buy Le Crueset (for the same price)

One of them didn’t even complete a full charge (green LED) before the charging light (red LED) went out and now it won’t even try to charge. The light on that unit (white LED) for illuminating the food while dispensing has never worked, either. Even worse, this was an xmas gift for someone else. Very disappointing.

I was two days too late. They wont return it, no store credit, not available to purchase. Not the products fault but needed to vent.
