The mills look nice, unfortunately one of the mill buttons does not work at all and I am four days outside of the return/exchange policy so now have to deal directly with the manufacturer to see if I can get a product that works.

I was excited to use these and upon first use the power grinder didn’t charge. A day later it still did not work and was seating correctly in the charging cradle. Returned to my nearest store for a full refund

I went on the live and entered a line for an item that was marked down and it just kept toggling for over 8hrs... and now the item is back to regular pricing and I was not able to purchase it at the discounted price. Let's just say that is very frustrating.

Got my mom and myself one for Christmas but he's didn't charge from day one so she returned hers. Both mine stopped charging by June, so less than 6 months for me.

5 months in and Pepper mill is about dead. Does not light up as charging on charger base even when I switch side. Otherwise the mills grind very nicely

So disappointed. I bought 2 of these. The charging deck doesn’t work to charge Mills. Called customer service. They apologized for the defective product So sad as they are so cool

poor design, leaves residues on base every time you use them. small containers need constant filling.

Already stopped chsrging 2 months later, loses salt while just sitting there. Looks great, sleek concept, get another brand.

Charging base doesn't work - no power. Grinders came with some power, which seem to work fine.

The charger is bent already I excepted durability I can’t use it anymore so sad

Both initial product and replacement both broken out of the box. Not worth the headache.

Love the item! Works great and the light on the bottom is am added bonus. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for salt and pepper shakers!

I had only ever had salt/pepper the old fashioned way before (ie. shaker and manual mill), but let me tell you this is a game changer. It somehow makes the food taste even better when I only need to press a button. Not to mention that they are rechargeable, unlike my manual mill from days of yore. The only thing missing is smart home compatibility so it can alert you when you run low and grind automatically. At $70 these were already a steal, but at $40 it’s blatant robbery!!! Seriously these will make every day a little more flavorful, get them before they’re gone!!!

I have a used this particular set yet ,but I have the identical set that I love.

We love these. I will say though. You have to make sure they are secure on the charger. My husband didn’t realize this. The pepper shaker fell and the plastic portion broke. Unfortunately the very first week we had them. But we do love them. I just have to figure out how to replace just the pepper shaker. Without replacing the whole set.
