Purchased in February of 2021 and it sat in the box until May when we took it out and started using it. As of today, 8/4/21, it’s dead and it only gets used once a day. I expected so much more from this grinder. Another issue is that this thing is loud and messy, no matter how careful you are, coffee will get everywhere and you’ll wake the whole house up while using it.

Great machine, does what it’s supposed to. Simple to use (and clean). Nice looking and seemingly well built. I would assume it would make some noise, and it does but not obnoxious pretty much what I’d have expected from a coffee GRINDER. I’ve found the settings for how many cups to be quite reliable. Initially I scooped out the grinds to be certain I got the appropriate amount and found it to be spot on. You may need to set the amount a little higher if you do a finer grind. We are very satisfied with our purchase.I’ve only had this machine for a week so I can’t speak to its durability yet, will do a f/u in the future.

I like this grinder, decent price, works well, have only had for a month but it seems like a well made sturdy product that should last a long time, I especially like the number of cups selector with auto shut off, you don't have to hold the button down the whole time. I like it so far. Makes good coffee grinds.

4 is to high but but 3 is to low. The item is nice looking and very easy to use. For my purposes I needed a grinder for courtly ground cold brew beans. I like to buy a 3 lb bag and do them all at once. Grinder grinds what I need perfectly. Only draw back is I can only do about a 1lb straight before it begins to get hot. I have to let it rest for longer than it takes to grind a pound. It is also very messy if you grind more than a batch at a time. This is a great item if you only need to grind a little at a time. Otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere.

When our town went to into lockdown I could only get my favorite beans whole, rather than ground for me at the local coffee shop, and the mini blade blender just wasn't cutting it.
I'm able to grind half a bag in one go, or just enough for one pot.
I dig it.
I was really easy to setup and use. Just set the dial to the number of cups you intend to make and hit the button.

Got this to replace my Mr. Coffee grinder that had a broken hopper. This unit has what looks like the same burr grinder mechanism, but its hopper looks much sturdier. It grinds beans to a superfine consistency for my espressos and is quieter than my old Mr. Coffee unit. The controls are simple to use but I think it would have been better if the Start button also doubles as a Stop button. As it is, you have to slide the timer switch all the way to the left to stop it, not ideal in an emergency stop situation. Overall I'm happy with how it operates, and it looks much nicer than my previous grinder.

I have always bought pre-ground coffee until I found the PERFECT COFFEE which only comes in whole bean. So I order this grinder. All I know about grinders is that burr grinders are prefers because using a blade can heat up the coffee while grinding it and releasing the good so I chose this burr grinder.
Cuisinart is a huge brand and has a good reputation for having good, long lasting products. This grinder is on par with the Cuisinart name.
I found out that dialing in the perfect grind for my coffee pot was a little difficult, as well as finding out that the preset 10 cup grind amount is a scoop or 2 more than I usually use. No biggie, just a few REALLY stout pots.
DO NOT LOSE THE BRUSH/SCOOP! You will use the brush every single time you grind coffee and this brush is just stuff enough to move the grounds from the crannies.
I have not had to clean the inside yet, but I imagine it needs to be done with some regularity.
OVERALL RATING: It's worth the price, it works perfectly and we use this every day. Definitely give this a try if you're in need of a grinder.
PS: it is LOUD! Not ear piercing loud, but loud enough to worry about waking up folks on the same floor.

Works well but I had to return one after a few uses as the motor quit working. Cheap plastic feel. Chinese made. Produces a fairly even grind and can grind small enough to make a decent espresso.
I prefer grinders that spit the coffee downward into the container instead of sideways from the top as the coffee tends to stick to the container wall, so expect to have to gently scrape the grind off when you go to empty it.

Grinds beans as intended. Easy to use and clean.
When it comes to personal tastes, one needs to figure out which settings make the most sense for one’s coffee brewing - everybody likes their coffee differently (light, dark, bold) and each machine requires different coarseness of grinds.
As for the noise, it’s a small motor. It’s never going to be quiet but it really isn’t that loud, particularly if you have a two-story home and you’re grinding beans in the morning for 10 seconds.

I've noticed the grinder occasionally grinding air because the coffee beans aren't dropping, but it doesn't happen too often. The grind is good and makes much better coffee than my old blade grinder.

Loud & Large Grinder that Produces Good Coffee

First off, the not so good. This grinder is LOUD. You're not going to grind up beans early in the morning and not wake someone up. The ground coffee container tends to attract static causing some grounds to stick to to container, so expect a little mess removing and opening the container to empty the ground coffee. Finally the whole setup takes up more room than I expected.
Now for the good. The grind comes out pretty even no matter what size you choose. The range in grind size is decent and easily selectable. The hopper that the beans are stored it is fairly large and beans do not tend to get stuck in the feeder at all. Finally it is very easy to clean all the parts that get dirty which is always a plus on my list.

The moment you take this grinder out of the box, you know you've made the right choice. My favorite part is that you can change how coarse or how fine you want the beans to be ground.

Cuisinart - Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill Coffee Grinder
Works well for a counter top model. Easy to assemble and adjust to the grind we need. We use K-Cups and French Press every other day. It does as good of grind as the large grinder at the market and adjusts easily from fine to coarse. I do recommend this grinder. Stay with the Burr Mill system.

So I haven't had the product that long but I have used it everyday. So far it's hard to judge whether I am getting the right grind, for example if it is fine, medium or coarse even on the proper setting. Regardless it does its job which is to grind my fresh coffee beans. I would say that it does get messy. I would suggest cleaning after every use so that the coffee grinds don't build up on the dispenser making it harder to clean. It is loud as a lot of reviews state, but what does one expect from a coffee grinder. All in all, it does it job. I have a coffee grinder that I got on amazon for $15 dollars 3 years ago and honestly does just as good of a job and it is quieter if that is something you are concerned with. If you want something for the look and fit for the kitchen. This is a good way to go. But I would suggest waiting for a deal.

Hey, it does exactly what I wanted to—grind coffee beans, so that’s a win; but it’s really messy. When you remove the catch bin, I tap on the lid to try to reduce the amount of grinds all over the counter, but it still gets everywhere. Is that a major deterrent? No. Am I still happy with my purchase? Yes. I do like that it holds more beans above, so you don’t have to refill it every time. I’ve had it for a month and I’m still playing around with which grind level I prefer, which is a nice problem to have. Many grinders just do the one grind level (for lack of better way of wording it at the moment—you know, fine-medium-coarse or whatever, you get it), this one has many variations, which I appreciate. It’s kinda loud, but I expected it to be. You can always grind it the night before, if you’re worried about waking anyone, but it’s not bad. It does exactly what I needed it to, so that’s all you can really ask for. Right?

This is a great grinder with lots of settings as far as far as the size of grounds. I set this on the corse setting and use it to make cold brew or grind finer for my hot coffee. So easy to use and looks sleek and fancy on the countertop.
