I bought this for her to start making cold brew at home, rather than going to Starbucks everyday, and the machine does a great job. I like that you can set both the coarseness of the grind and adjust the how long the machine grinds based on the number of cups you are going to make. It's also no where near as loud as I thought it would be when grinding coffee beans.

Works great - Rewards Program Needs Clarification

So when I called Rewards Customer Services they said I had to pick it up, return it and they re-purchase so I could use my rewards. So I did that. But, looks like I did not get the rewards points for re-buying the item. But it works great. BB probably needs to look into ease of using points and ensuring people get their rewards. Maybe I am misunderstanding policy?
