We like sourdough toast as well as warm tortillas. This toaster does both very well

Like the long slots to toast Artisan bread, like that you can push the lever and the toast comes up high enough to reach. The toaster gets VERY hot-easy to get burned on either side. Dangerous for kids. Toasts unevenly

I recently retired a toaster we have been using for over 20 years, literally wore it out. Selected this model as a replacement in part because of the bagel feature as my wife likes to toast her bagels. We have now been using this one for about two weeks and can find nothing negative to say about it. When making toast it gives an evenly toasted slice. The fact that it can accommodate a wider slice is a plus, as I occasionally will toast wider breads.

Toaster does everything we needed. Super sized slots for bagels. We are very pleased with this purchase
