I recently started using the Cuisinart 18-Inch Vertical Smoker, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my cooking routine. This smoker is perfect for anyone who enjoys smoking meats and vegetables, offering a blend of ease and impressive results. The 18-inch size provides plenty of space for various foods without being too bulky. The vertical design promotes even heat and smoke distribution, ensuring your food comes out consistently delicious. Setting it up and using it is straightforward. It heats up quickly and maintains a steady temperature. The adjustable racks are a useful feature, allowing for flexibility based on what you’re smoking. One drawback is the built-in thermometer, which isn’t very accurate. While it’s a nice feature in theory, I find it’s better to use an external thermometer for more reliable temperature readings. Cleaning is a breeze with removable trays and a drip pan that makes handling any mess easy. The overall build feels sturdy and well-constructed. Overall, the Cuisinart 18-Inch Vertical Smoker offers great performance and flavorful results. Despite the less reliable thermometer, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy quality smoking at home. Highly recommended!

AWESOME!! WONDERFUL!!, I purchased this smoker grill and recently decided to smoke my Easter turkey and ribs, WOW, I am now the dedicated family Grill Master, everyone Loved this smoker. Can't imagine life without a great smoker grill , the height n width is perfect.

Good Smoker has a big learning curve though, I made a brisket and came out great

Purchased this smoker about three years ago and I have to say I am very impressed with how it has held up so far. I plan on upgrading soon but for the money you will not find a better smoker. I would highly recommend this for someone trying to learn the ropes.

I love my new Cuisinart - Vertical 18" Charcoal Smoker - Black. My spouse and I placed a Boston Butt on the Smoke and it was simply delicious after slow-cooking the meat for several hours. The product was also easy to assemble,

Box was missing packaging, parts, and hardware. Obviously it was a return.

I have always bought the cheaper model. The quality is so much better. Well worth the price difference

It is very reasonably priced. However not worth it. Poor design and poor construction. Starting from the top down. The vent does not close completely. The grate holders were pre-installed crooked. The door handle latch is useless. Does not stay shut. Door is rusting. Latches are flimsy, bent immediately and rusting after 1 week outside. The preinstalled hooks for latches were installed crooked making hard to latch. The water bowl cannot be removed without spilling water every where. No room to grab or lift. The bottom air vent fills up with ash, thus defeating the purpose.

Best Buy could not source this Cuisnart smoker despite virtually all other retail outlets having and showing the dame smoker in stock. Cuisnart claimed that they had no supply backlog.

Ordered this but never got it has been showing delayed since may 2024 it is November now

The weld of the main cooking compartment came apart during my first use of this smoker, the temp never made it past 150 F. Thankfully, inwas able to bring it back

This smoker holds a steady temp and smokes our meat amazingly. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it...and I love how everything tastes when we use it!

Smoked a pork loin, and my smoker did an excellent job. 8 hours and it was very tasty, moist, and falling apart. Had a group meal and everyone loved the pulled pork for sandwiches.

"Well built, quality item piece of equipment." (My husband's words) It was a birthday gift.
