Very fast cook time. Easy to get the waffles out INTACT!!! Doesn't take up much room, even though it makes full size Belgian waffles. The measuring cup makes sure I put in the right amount if batter, and loading it vertically filled every nook and cranny evenly.

I went for this based upon the reviews that it made good waffles and was easy to store. The reviewers were correct and we are quite happy with it. An extra is that is it much easier than our old waffle maker to clean and the way it is designed leaves it less apt to overflow with batter. Highly recommended.

Love this waffle Maker! Have used thus more times than I care to admit. Works perfectly every time. Makes GREAT waffles. Very easy to clean. Vertical design leaves a small footprint on my counter. Highly recommend.

It does take some getting used to, but this vertical waffle maker makes good (not perfect) waffles consistently. The vertical profile takes up less space on the island. The recommended medium (3) setting is not crispy enough for us so we tend to use the 4 setting. Clean-up, however, is just as difficult as with any other waffle maker.

I was always frustrated with the waffle makers from hotels, and I was hesitant of this contraption. Now every opportunity to make waffles is a good excuse. They get perfectly cooked, cleaning is speedy and the fact that is vertical, the space used is minimum.,

We were skeptical about a vertical waffle maker, but decided to try one knowing that we could return it to Best Buy if we didn't like it. To give it a fair trial, we decided to try only recipes from the booklet that came with it. So far we have tried two different recipes. Both made excellent waffles. We especially like the beeps that sound when the waffle is ready. 18 waffles and counting and not a single failure. We also like the small amount of space it takes on the counter and the easy clean up.

I love this waffle iron. It's so easy to use, to clean, and it makes terrific waffles. No mess and no guess work. Cuisinart takes the guesswork out and makes waffle making fun and easy.

I've been wanting a waffle maker for a while now, and when I got this I really didn't know what to expect. The thing about this one is it's simple, easy to use. I've used it 3 times in the past day, it makes great waffles, it comes with a measuring cup so you know how much to pour into the maker, I usually leave the heat on 4, and when the green light goes on, pour in your waffle mix, then when the green light goes on again your waffle is done! I've mixed chocolate chips in the waffle mix, and it comes out great. Easy cleanup, wipe it down with a paper towel, i usually slide it thru the edges to clean in between. I do wish it had an on and off switch also came with a cleaning brush.

Easy to clean. Easy to use. I always wanted a waffle maker but was worried about the counter space it takes. Not a problem with this vertical one.

This is a great gift fir the holidays, newlyweds, housewarming etc. Easy to use, easy cleanup, doesn’t take up much space. Just great all around

My kids have been making waffles non-stop since we got this. We have made many of the recipes provided in the booklet. Only complaint is that the scoop does not have a spout so it does not pour cleanly into the maker. We use something else instead now.

Makes restaurant style waffles. Always come out perfect. Peels right off, no mess, and easy wipe clean. You won't regret buying. Also, easy to store, stays upright.

We bought this as a spur of the moment purchase and wit was worth every penny. Easy to use, quick to clean. Waffles come out Great.

Its vertical position makes one of the best waffles with no batter spillage. However, if you spray a little too much spam, the spam tends to leak at the bottom. Clean up is super easy, just wait for the iron to cool down and wipe. Be careful about touching the edges of the machine when it's on as you can get burned!
