This might be the greatest item I've ever purchased. It cooks waffles in minutes. It gets hot, so be warned, only touch the unlock handle on the side, otherwise you will burn your hands. Its very easy to clean, in fact there is barely any cleanup, unless you spill batter from the supplied cup. Speaking of the cup, that is the only downside to this item. The cup is a pain to use. All-in-all a great purchase, many waffles have been consumed since we brought this home.
