We used this water filter for 15 days. The water quality was good for first 12 days. Thereafter we started getting foul smell / odor from water coming out from water filter. It had a TDS filter provided with it. When we try to measure TDS value, it was showing inconsistent TDS value for same water every time we measured it. So we had to return it back. I am not happy with it.

Filters Don't Work-Terrible Culligan Customer Serv

I purchased this Zero Water 32 cup dispenser 5 months ago. I wanted to have to only fill it every couple of days but that is not what happened. I have never been able to fill the dispenser to the top. At about the halfway point it just stops filtering the water. I have called Customer Service at Culligan 3 times. All 3 times I was told different ways to move the "air bubbles" , "air lock" and "air seal" on the filters. Basically different ways to move the material on the inside of the filters, I was told to tap on the sides, to roll on the counter, to shake it side to side-like a dog shakes itself, to shake it up and down. Well-you get the gist. It's not the product-It's ME!!! Apparently i should know how to move these filters in such a way as to make the water flow through them. the fact that they have told me so many different ways to do that means they KNOW ITS A PROBLEM!!! Instead of fixing the problem they sell expensive filters that do not work. The filtered water is great-it is Zero Water but the hassle to get that is definetly not worth it. Not one time talking to Customer Service was I offered any compensation. No replacement of a single filter was offered. In fact the last woman I spoke with just stopped talking. Literally stopped anwsering my questions and just let me hang on the phone. I have had terrible cutomer service before but this was a whole new level -literally just not responding. I really feel like they owe me for the entire system but obviously they do not care what I think,

The filter doesn’t last long enough and once it’s spent, it makes the water taste funny.

Fridge knocked off a while back. We got a temporary replacement fridge but unfortunately it has no water filter. We got this one to hold us over and honestly it’s better than the old fridges water. Seriously it’s tastes so much more pure and clean than anything before. I will continue to use this filter regardless of the features our new fridge may have. Well worth the purchase especially for the price.

Love my zero water system. Water tastes great! I have a smaller zero water in my refrigerator, and I keep this one on the counter for making coffee and cooking. Perfect size for me and my two fur babies!!

One of the best purchases I’ve made. I buy less water bottles now which has saved me so much. The water is crisp and clean. Would recommend to anyone

I've had a similar Brita "in the refrigerator dispenser" & it was ok. This Culligan Zerowater is one of the best things I bought in a long time. I just ordered the extra 4 pk filters set because I plan on drinking plenty of water over the Summer. I definitely would tell others to buy one.

Just using it for few weeks and the water already started smelling lemony and fishy. I am in a zip code with moderately rated water and the filter with that life is very bad. We have a brita filter and I always filter first in Brita and then with this, as this works good as storage too. The filtered water from brita does not smell, but from this smells. I can't imagine spending on 2 filters a month.

It took 1/2 hour to fill the tank and the filter only lasted one fill up. SO I returned the product.

Filters don't last long at all, and are expensive

I understand that the unit itself is only $45, but the filters it uses are rated for a 15 gallon lifetime. With a 32 cup capacity, that's 7.5 refills of this unit before you'd have to replace the filter. A 5 pack is $60, a 12 pack is $130, so you're looking at $12 per filter, if you get them from Best Buy. That's expensive.
