    I bought based on reviews but the 11 yr old that received it did not find the game to be very interesting and is questionable for parents.

    I didnt buy it from BB but to help out I'm writing this here. Its a great game that runs pretty smooth until it doesn't. You will notice fram drops which will eventually lead to a crash after elongated sessions. Thus is especially noticible using sleep mode. Hard mode is especially challenging and you will die, a lot but its fun and engaging unlocking the research tree and skills. You will get a solid 40 hrs or more depending on how you play and the base building aspect isnt bad but could still use work like being able to go diagonally without finagling the cursor to get to a specific adjacent tile. Hope you enjoy!
