Love it. Just plug in for 8 hours initially for 100 percent charge. Love the features telling you the load in volts, battery charge, how many minutes you have with backup power based on devices attached.

Battery Back-up is wonderful and all my items can be plugged into one source with the assurance any power flucuations won't affect my electronics. It will provide back-up electricity if the power goes off.

I bought this to replace a battery back up unit that died on me after many years of use. The one I had was no longer available but the salesperson recommended this for my needs. It was easy to hook up and has worked fine.

Works as expected for the price. Using it to support a PC, large screen TV, a network storage device, WiFi extender and LAN hub. No problems so far.

The UPS is my second with the first one lasting at least 5 years before it failed. Customer service was helpful in identifying that the error code was NOT the battery and the unit itself. I gladly bought another and when the new one was hooked I took the old unit back to Best Buy for recycling as I have done with other electronics in the past . . . and they said they could not recycle it because it had a battery! I was miffed and highly disappointed that Best Buy sells products they will not assist in taking out of the waster stream when they reach their end of life.

My area is prone to brownouts and blackouts. This unit has already saved me tons of frustration. The unit kicked on fast enough when the power went out last week that my computer did not even blink at the power change. will keep my desktop computer going for for 55 minutes.

Works great! Didn’t realize it needed to be charged before first use but besides that no issues. Even noticed while using this that my boiler causes light surges and was able to look into. Great product!

We needed a backup for power outages in our office long enough to forward phones in case of a power outage. This has kept our electronics safe and phone system up for approximately 15 minutes after an outage.

It served me perfectly. I have been using it and in Puerto Rico the power goes out every day.

this ups has been very great. the 2 second hold down time to shut it off makes all the difference when i’m plugging stuff in and would accidentally hit switch on my old one. heavier than expected but works great

Very easy to set up. We have frequent spot outages in our area, and it takes about 10 minutes for Comcast's cable boxes to reset. Hopefully this UPS will resolve this situation. I also have a 4k TV, a BlueRay player, cordless headphones, and automatic sliding window blinds plugged in.

I have had this unit for about a month now and have only used it in test situations. The failover has worked as expected. There is no discernable noise. The display is useful for diagnostics as well as determining estimated UPS emergency runtime under load. Installation of software on PC is easy and SW is useful.

I had an APC and a Cyberpower unit. The APC finally died of old age so, after the last power outage, I decided pick up this one, which had enough outlets to handle all my needs. The old Cyber power went to handle my modem/wireless router. Seems to work just fine, as expected, although I haven't lost power since. Setup was straight forward, both unit and software.

Easy to install but took some thought as to which devices to plug into which outlets. We have a lot of stuff.
