Easy to install but took some thought as to which devices to plug into which outlets. We have a lot of stuff.

Upgraded from a older model. This one has more outlets and is more powerful.

I was worried about our Point Of Sale system being knocked out during the power bumps we occasionally get. This product was easy to set up right out of the box and gives me the piece of mind needed to keep our business running smoothly.

The UPS is my second with the first one lasting at least 5 years before it failed. Customer service was helpful in identifying that the error code was NOT the battery and the unit itself. I gladly bought another and when the new one was hooked I took the old unit back to Best Buy for recycling as I have done with other electronics in the past . . . and they said they could not recycle it because it had a battery! I was miffed and highly disappointed that Best Buy sells products they will not assist in taking out of the waster stream when they reach their end of life.

This has plenty of plugs, and I trust this item to keep my computer from immediately shutting down when power goes out. I am taking classes online and can't afford to have my work lost whenever power goes out (about every six weeks).

Great unit that is replacing one that finally died after 7 years! Reasonably priced. Buttons are clearly marked and easy to reach.

This is the best thing i ever thought of , buying for our printers and laptops, and desk top, power went ouy we had 3 hours of LIGHTS Streaming moving and shows. we love it

I definitely like this purchase. I found it really useful with all the power outages and it keep my tv ps4 and sound system on. Decently have save my system multiple time

For the price, it has excellent capacity, USB monitoring/app for shutting a connected system down gracefully. Lots of outlets on it. Great for SOHO.

Has performed well (couple of months old), handled a few surges with no sign of problems. Every socket but 1 is occupied.

Great battery backup for those times when power goes out. Connect computer to it and if power goes out your computer does not blow its brains out but instead stays connected to give you time to shut it down properly

This device does exactly what is expected. It protects my work and personal computers, monitors, and other devices. The CyberPower software was easy to set up and use.

I never owned any thing like this before, but so far so good. I bought this for my entertainment center. After buying expensive equipment I felt it was a good to invest in power protection to safeguard my investment. Product is heavy and built like a tank. It has a built in LCD screen to show information about how much power is being used. When power is going through a brown out, the machine gets to work providing the needed power to my devices. It's form factor is good and offers more watts and features at a better price over other brands.

The system actually gives me a status on my computer screen. I did not expect this and was very pleased to be able to monitor my battery power and use settings to get to maximum battery power when needed. My only complaint is the constant beeping from the system when the power goes out in the middle of the night. Annoying but tolerable

Not bad...didn't know how this one will last but I have purchased one before. It last very long. So my previous one was out and come back purchased again. Love it...!!!

Just what I was looking for. Not too big but has all necessary features. Debating not getting one as I have a huge generator (which performed brilliantly through Hurricane Ian) but figured better safe than sorry.

I have a few CyberPower backup units, and I needed one that didn't take up a lot of space but provided the power I needed. This works perfectly, as I can mount it on the wall or just lean it against something.

I'm glad we got this for our business. It allows our wireless router, IP cameras, and DVR recorder to stay on during power outages.

We bought this cyberpower backup system to replace the one we had for over 10 years that went out . I know from the last one that it works and will protect my electronics for many years to come.
