Product is as good as advertised. My only problem is my local store in South Dakota and the part was shipped from Illinois!!

Using to power xbox one and tv during power outages so I don't lose saved games. Prevents restarting system when power just flickers and comes back on.

I purchased this back up battery with surge suppression to safeguard my embroidery and quilting machines. I actually have two of them now. I really like the change in design of my newer model. The back up battery is a lifesaver when I am working on a project and the power goes out. It gives me enough time to finish up what I'm doing, save the project and then shut down the machines properly.

Our old UPS died and bought the CyberPower UPS to replace it. The CyberPower UPS was easy to set up and provides the backup power we need when the power goes out.

Good battery backup and good surge protection for a very reasonable price!

I haven't experienced a power outage since purchasing this CyberPower model. I've used CyberPower battery back-up systems in the past and the 1000Va is an upgrade (and heavier) from what I've used before. A nice detail is the ability to replace the internal battery in the future instead of having to purchase a new back-up system.

Glad I bought. I have a NAS setup and need it up and running constantly. So far no issues, easy setup and use.

Works great, had a power outage and kept my Wi-Fi running for two hours until the lights came back on. A must have for anyone who wants to protect their expensive technology.

If you are going to use a UPS, I would go with this. I got the version lower than this and it burned out after 1 power outage. This one has lasted about 2 years and multiple power outages.

CyberPower is my preferred battery backup company. The outlets are well-spaced to deal with large plugs. Backup lasts reasonably long. I have had a couple of these die from some very strong surges, but they protected every device connected to them, so they did their job well.

I bought two these UPSs and have already had them tested during a 12 hour power outage recently. They preformed brilliantly and I would more then recommend them for purchase. I manage 3 NAS devices in my home totalling more then 45TBs of critical data and these babies worked like a charm. If anything they're a bit overkill but for the price would purchase again without hesitation.

Easy to setup and get started. Can replace batteries when needed. Should last a long time.

Purchased UPS to keep electronic equipment from shutting down from brown outs because of poor power in building.

I have not had a chance to really test it for how long my router will stay on if we have a power outage. It was easy to set up, it is smaller than the replacement for a larger one I had from the same company that I have had for 3 or 4 years. So it is easier for me to plug things into.

Work as expected. A couple weeks ago we had power outage and this battery kept my pc on gave me time to save all my programs.

I bought one years ago and it died recently, so I decided to purchase the same one because I loved it so much. I have all my entertainment devices hooked up to it in my living room (tv, blue ray player, fire cube, PS3 & 4) and only turn it on when in use. Works GREAT!!!

Much more reliable than other brands. Great price and features.

Replaced a different model that failed after a number of years. Has all the connections needed and works as expected so far. The five-star rating is also influenced by the quick delivery from BestBuy, which was much needed.
