Customers are saying
Customers admire the 1500VA Battery Back-Up System's long battery life, strong performance, and ease of use. Many appreciate its surge protection capabilities, reasonable price, and the informative display. While some found the unit heavy and noted occasional software challenges, the positive feedback on its functionality and features outweighs these minor drawbacks. The system's setup is also praised for being straightforward.

Great emergency power source!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own 6 of these 1500VA back-up systems- 4 at my home and 2 at my mother-in-law's home. I have my television, cable box and computer hooked up to them. When the power goes out the TV doesn't even make a blip. The cable doesn't have to reboot.. everything keeps going. Note too, that you can hook up LED lights with low wattage and they will last many, many- hours. My TV and cable will run for about 2 hours (continuous) on the back-up battery. During FL storm season, they are very handy and worth the purchase!

So far, so good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't had this long enough to really test it or have any idea as to how long it will remain functional. But I bought it to replace a failed UPS that didn't have replaceable batteries that was protecting our home networking equipment (modem, router, switch). This one is an upgrade from what we have and I'm pleased. I can better see the status of the UPS as well as expect it to maintain power to our network equipment for a much longer time than our last one. Only time will tell if it will last.

Great investment
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this because the description and reviews say it helped people save money on their electric bills with whatever the Sinewave converting technology is (I don't know a lot about technology or the full extent of what this machine does). But so far I can't say that I see a difference... but on the other hand, I like that I'm able to connect this to my computer and see all the information on my screen instead of pressing the button on the front and switching between the screens to look at the same information. The battery also seems to work just fine, I live in an older house and don't necessarily get power outages, but rather if too many things are plugged into an outlet at the same time, it'll break the fuze, causing power in that room (or rooms) to go out, so this is extremely useful.

Simple Setup - Compact package
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The power has not gone off so far but it will at some point in time. That is why I put UPS back-up on my computers. This unit was simply to hook up. Just plug the power cable into the outlet and plug the computer, modem and router into the UPS and you're done. The time to review products like this is after a year of so of use. That's when you know if they did their job. So far so good. I like the compact size of this unit. It tucks neatly out of the way.

Great UPS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from 1300 to 1500. Using this with 2 x Synology NAS + PC + 2 x Monitor + Router + Switch + Printer + Phone, and it shows ~35 minutes of battery power. The 2 x USB ports are handy for phone/tablet charging both when powered and during outage.

Does the job with a great price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own 3 of these UPS’s and they certainly handle a decent load put on them. It gives plenty enough run time when the power goes out, plus has surge protection for those electrical spikes that can come from the power going off and on during a storm. You can hook up computers, computer equipment, TV’s and more. But like all UPS’s, I don’t recommend hooking up any fans, heaters, A/C’s..etc to one. This unit is priced just right to protect your most valuable electronics. So definitely pick one up and give it try.

Good product, terrible shipping
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great product, and the price very good, but the shipping was deplorable. First it was delayed. When I finally did receive them (2 units), one was properly packaged, but the unit was delivered in the store retail package, that was torn up. I almost returned it, but after testing it, the unit appeared not to be damaged. Also, instructions on the unit said it was not shipped charged, and the unit had to be charged before it could be used. Both units were fully charged on receipt.

Great backup power supply
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I should have purchased one a long time ago. With the recent storms we have had my mini-tower computer never even flickered, just kept churning along. The readout on the power supply indicated I had in excess of 45 minutes to go. When the power came back on again never flickered. I have mirrored drives and anyone that has them knows if the power goes out the drives go through hours of checking and writing back and forth to make sure both drive are exactly the same. In my opinion anyone that has mirrored drives should have a good backup power supply like this one.

BuffaloPerspective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a UPS solution for a couple small servers in my office. I couldn't find a rack mountable solution that didn't need a 220 socket connector, so I tried this. We had 3 power outages since I bought this. 2 of the outages were only 30 seconds and the last one was for almost 5 minutes. This backup unit held strong through all and still had about 40 minutes runtime on the battery after the 5 minutes. Solid unit for any server or desktop/network power backup.

When plugging in a lot of electronics this is it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the cheaper 850 watt one thinking of simplistic batter backup purposes. However, when I plugged in my 85inch 4k tv, xbox one x, dennon audio reciever with corresponding 5.2.2. atmos sound set up... I would constantly get a loud beeping sound... I read up on it and that was the sound for the 850 battery back up "fault" because I had too much electricty being pulled for the backup to handle that. So I got this big boy and now I am 4 out of 5 bars on the front... Perfect!!! no faulting and a huge 1500 watt batter backup with AVR capabilities.

Great UPS at a Decent price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought this ups to use with an i7 desktop with 2 monitors and a scanner. As this unit is rated as 900W and my power consumption with all devices comes out to be 150W, it gives me roughly 6 minutes which is more then enough time to safely save the Data and shutdown, if needed. Most of the time I need to protect the equipments from Brown out. One of the main features AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) to provide consistent power levels, is my favorite. Also not to forget about an attractive 3years warranty. All in all it's a great buy.
