I used to go with the APS brand for over 15 years. They were good, but the units I have owned less then 8 years were failing and even with brand new APS brand batteries they were starting to act up. I would get battery fail chirp warnings and when the power went out it would only keep my system up for 5 minutes. In a pinch needing a a high wattage backup battery I bought one Cyberpower. It is almost 8 years old and is still perfect. It also kept my system up for 15 minutes instead of five minutes. Now all 3 work related computer stations are using Cyperpower and have never skipped a beat. They are more cost effective and work extremely well.

have one of these around my home theatre where my router is, and another by my full time work from home setup. On lite use these will keep the power on for about an hour, which is usually long enough for the power to be returned. Has saved my bacon multiple times.

We're very pleased with this battery backup. It has an extended battery life so if the power goes out, as it periodically does in our part of NC, we're protected with a longer battery time than most. It also has a variety of ports including USB for plug ins. Further, it's conveniently shaped to stand up and fit in a small space. You get what you pay for. This is well worth the money.

For our recently purchased computer, we wanted a reliable battery back-up system to provide adequate surge protection and an uninterrupted power source for our system in case we had a commercial electricity supply failure. Easy connection, charged up quickly and has since been there for us.

Very good amount of both battery backup and surge protector outlets. I like the multiple display for battery life and protection level. The battery is replaceable and I'm sure I will have years of good service from this item. This is replacing a unit that was over 15 years old. Good price but definitely shop around. Sometimes you pay more for a name then the item it is compared to.

After several days of storms and my old, smaller battery backup failing, I decided to get a much bigger one. Ironically, I've only had one power failure since I got this, but also a few brown outs. I have a low power server, a 24 port switch, a wireless router and a cable modem connected to the battery side. I've not had any problems with it so far. It definitely keeps the equipment powered on longer than the old battery backup did when it was new. I like the front LCD display options of this. The only thing that is almost negative is the software. I much prefer APC Powerchute software, but even so the CyberPower software seems like it will accomplish the same tasks so this is just nitpick really. After shopping around, the Berst Buy price was within $10 of the best price I could find elsewhere, but it was also available for same-day pickup. (same day pickup was not available anywhere else) Overall, I do not regret this purchase and would do it again if I had the need. I do recommend this product.

I bought this for the approaching hurricane. It was easy to set up. It did it’s job while we were in and out of power for a few days.

CyberPower provides peace of mind while also keeping my entertainment going even when power is out. Besides backup power CP also protects from power surges and low or over voltage spikes. Very quiet unit with LED notifications of power, battery use and current volts. I'm very happy to have this since Fl. seems to have so many short term outages.

Numerous features for a lower price. Easy to use. Display provides great information in power consumption and remaining power.

Easy to install and set up. Relatively small size allowed me to install in my computer desk under the slide out computer shelf. Good value.

The display is nice, but I wish it stayed on all the time. Otherwise, great product. Very heavy, due to the battery.

As a computer tech, my work and life is online. Sometimes I have to take my work home with me and when the power goes out do to a storm, I'm glad that I have a battery backup to keep my modem and desktop power on, where I can continue my work, safely save my documents and turn off my system without any problems. I recommend buying one of these backups, specially, if you live where it rains heavy for the power to go out for a couple of hours. Better to be safe than sorry.

Needed a new battery back-up system for my high powered desktop PC and the CyberPower product is easy to set up and performing well.

I've used APC and CyberPower UPS for several years but have leaned toward CyberPower lately. Of the 6 UPS in my business, 5 are CP. They just work and tend to fail less frequently than APC. We have up to a half dozen power outages a year and the CPs have saved the day every time. The display is helpful and beautiful. I could stare at it for hours. This is one valuable piece of technology to have around.

Works just as good or maybe even better than the usual APC.UPS I would buy and cost $60 less. Definitely recommend this product

This Battery Backup Power Supply definitely is holding its own. I have had no issues with it and when I have lost power it held charge for HOURS! like at least 4-5 hours with only the Internet staying on due to using the Wi-Fi. With my computer that probably decreased to to about 2 hours but the fact that it was holding that long WHILE GAMING! is amazing. It's a wonderful Surge Protector and i would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for one.

This backup system was used to replace three small units. It is compact and very easy to set up. Only issue was an electrical oder for about a week. Almost returned it, but issue finally cleared up.

I have two so far to replace some older units that have gone to their just rewards. I found out by checking many other UPS's that some of the others use a system that has you running on the commercial AC power and when the power has a problem, it then switches you to the Battery backup. The Cyber Power unit does not do this and has you running on the Battery run portion of the unit so you shouldn't get any dirty power spikes as you would whit the others.

The unit plugged in easy and powered right up. The plug ins were labeled well and easy to set it up. Good Unit for the price.
