We have storm, lightening and loss of power frequently and I was constantly being shut down having to re-boot and loose my work. After installing this battery back up system, I no longer have to worry about loosing something that I'm working on when the power goes out.

We bought this power pack to run a tv on a cart and it could be mobile. So far it has been great!

Good smart UPS. If you have one server or a desktop you want to power in case of a storm this will work well. Great value and it can shut your comptuer down for you after a set amount of time.

Battery life is good, power outage in my area several times, good support for my NAS to shutdown gracefully without data lost. You must have one.

Power shut off within a month of getting this, gladly this kept my computer and internet working.

Bought this because I experience frequent brief power outages (flickers). I suspect this played a major part in the demise of my old computer. Brought this unit home, plugged it in and voila! The computer no longer crashes when I get these power flickers.

Excellent UPS. Holds charge for a long time. Have modem, switch and home hubs connected to this. Holds charge when power fails. Replaced with a smaller APC UPS that I returned

Pleasantly surprised for off brand. Last one was the big name brand not as big back up as this one but it lasted for about 4 years before the battery would die pretty quick.

Have Been Using These cyber power Back Ups in place of my apc and so far feel they may be a better product, have about 3 On items that are 4 years old and work fine still.. Better than what I was getting with apc 18 months and you have to replace the battery..

I've been very happy with this Battery Back-Up System. It displays the output voltage of the electrical outlets in our home. I was surprised to learn that our voltage averages about 125 volts, and also has a tendency to fluctuate. I don't know if that is common or not. I bought this unit after almost losing my desktop computer during a day of numerous power spikes and brownouts. Now, I no longer need to worry about days like that. What's a bit humorous is that we haven't really had any more electrical issues since I purchased this back-up system. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my CyberPower - 1500VA Battery Back-Up System. In addition to the added peace-of-mind, my computer seems to be running smoother. Maybe it's because the power supply is more stable now.

does what is it supposed to. i live in area that drops power and some things i dont want to fire up generator for. keeps our little fridge going when i needed.

I haven't owned a desktop in years, but when I got my newest one I knew I had to get something to make sure I didn't lose everything if there was a power outage. Low and behold this has saved me multiple times in the past week with the brownouts that have been happening in my area.

So far so good! Since I've bought this UPS. Have had two interruptions of power and not miss a click. I am a heavy user of electronics and rely heavily on these units.

An excellent replacement for an older AEP unit whose battery was at the end of its life. Unit offered more features, great warranty and excellent operation. Kept my modem and laptop computer on line for 8hrs while my whole house generator was being installed. Highly recommended. Cheers RJ

It works and protects the LAN from surges. It turns out the problem we were having is evidently in the walls somewhere but it is nice to know there will be no surges on the LAN lines and the PoE's, etc. in the remote box location will be protected from power problems for some hours.

My son recently got a new computer designed for game streaming. It is much more powerful than his previous one, and the old Back-Ups couldn’t cut it. Even running intensive graphics, the CyperPower barely breaks a sweat.

Running 3 computers, routers, printers, etc. requires big power and big protection so 1,500 VA is perfect. Replaced exact same previous which might have only been a battery issue, but failed once, reset, failed twice, replace. Silent Guardian works great.

Keep my system going. Don't loose data in a outage

I had an old Cyberpower UPS on my computer for over eight years and it preformed flawlessly. With the power fluctuations in the San Diego area, I see this as a cheap insurance policy for saving my data.
