My old APC UPS was four or five years old, so it was about at the edge of its life. After reading reviews on line, this CyberPower looked like it would give me the most bang for the buck. I split my load between the new UPS and my old one, using the old one mostly as a surge protector and power source for less critical devices. The new one will keep a huge, honkin' computer, Drobo, a couple of small external drives and my ISP modem and router up for about 34 minutes. The price was comparable or cheaper than my usual mailorder source, plus I was able to pick it up the same day.

Great backup power for my home office. I never have to worry about my setup being affected by power outages. I've experienced a few over the past year with this backup system and it performed great as expected. I have 2 computers, 4 monitors, Xbox, 4 powered speakers, surround sound system, 4 lights, audio interface, several USB powered devices, modem, keyboard, electric piano, and a few more devices all plugged into this UPS without any issues. Highly recommend.

I used to have APC... The batteries never last for more then a year or two... I heave read these units last a lot longer. The display is way better and there are 2 usb ports to charge phones and other devices. I love it!

Been using UPS's for a long time. Switched to Cyberpower after having several APC units fail for one reason or another. I'm replacing another APC since it generates a lot of heat compared to this one. Heat = Energy Use. The cyberpower units just work and are competitively priced.

This back-up was easy to set up, required no extra install steps, and lets me know the status easily with the viewing screen on the front. The outlets in the back are spaced nicely to accommodate plugs and adaptors. I've noticed no issues with it in the couple months I've been using it and would recommend it to everyone.

Always went with APC. Read some negative comments about APC's comparable 1500VA units making unwanted chipping sounds, so I figured I would give Cyber Power a try. Works as it should; LED display is nice, and USB ports are a plus. The unit does make a very low Hummmmm when on battery power. Definitely not a deal breaker.

I needed a battery back up for my work computer. Unfortunately, having to work from home for the past year was made worse as power outages and surges at my work cause my computer to shut down. Thankfully, I was able to get in one day and plug the computer into this battery backup, protecting it from surges and acting as, well, a battery when the power goes out. Not sure long those outages last, but this has served to keep the computer on. In any case, it does exactly what it was meant for me to do, therefore it's a 5 star item.

I had a Cyber Power and it did last every years. After purchasing new batteries for the old unit, I decided to get a new unit and use the old one elsewhere. This 1500VA unit has no problem keeping my desktop, two monitors and internet going for a solid 15 minutes without power. That's all I need and want. It also does a good job smoothing out surges. The software that runs in the background behaves and doesn't bother me unless there is an actual issue. I have had some of these battery backups constantly bug you with ads or updates. So far, I do recommend this battery backup system.

Bought this battery backup to charge 68 cell phones and 68 remote speakers simultaneously. The LCD display is great because it tells me what the current load is. With all I have plugged in, it is only using half of the load. When I unplug it from the wall I still get over 90 minutes of battery backup power.

So far so good. I didnt use this as intended but it worked well for me. I’ve used this to power my mobile teaching station at work. Easily kept my MacBook Pro and IPad Pro fully charged for hours on end as I moved from room to room on a daily basis. The display kept me informed of important details such as how much estimated time was left in the battery pack as well as the type of voltage it was receiving from whatever plug I was able to plug into to keep it charged up.

This battery back-up was easy to set up. Pretty much you just plug it in and then plug your devices in. One side on the back of the device is just a simple surge protector and the other is the surge pkus battery back-up. I plugged my cameras and routers in and it says it will last 4 hours but i havent tested it yet. My only complaint is the plug set up on the back does not work well with the plugs on my devices, i wish the plugs were rotated another 45 degrees which would allow more to be plugged in.

I purchased this once I learned that Harvey was headed in our direction. I only needed it to power a powerhead on my saltwater aquarium. Thankfully it was only used for a very short period, but since then I've had other short outages and it's done it's job. Glad I have it.

I'm working from home these days, so computer uptime is important. I purchased two of the CyberPower-1500VA, and I have lots of connected equipment. I may even add a third unit to spread the load for more uptime. Oh, and I tested them....just unplug the battery backup from the electrical outlet and then your equipment is running on batteries. Nice software too to manage the device. The device is compact and looks very cool with the digital display. So far, no issues to report.

This unit was purchased to keep two PCs running at a small business. The display permits checking status with a glance. This unit was chosen because of past experience with unit and it has allways work as expected with no problems.
