This works well and it has a port to charge my phone also. The only issue I have is that it is big, sometimes if you hit a pothole in the road it comes out.

We've only used it once so far, so my husband could play a game on his computer. I'm not sure if it drains your battery or gets very hot, because we only used it once for a short amount of time then unplugged it. But so far so good.

We used it to power an electric pump to blow up an air mattress while camping. It does swivel to allow for additional clearance but we didn’t need that.
