I have used this to charge a phone and keep the battery up on my dell laptop while traveling in rental cars. Works great when you don't leave it behind when you turn the car back in. This was recommended to me by the Acura dealer when I bought a new car that didn't have a ac inverter. Pretty lame ploy to sell a car but, it does work and does travel.

I just went on a trip where I was able to try out this product. Since I don't have a phone, I-PAD, etc. to watch movies on, this was the perfect solution. I was able to watch a movie on my computer, to pass the time, while my husband did the driving. Now I don't have to worry about my computer battery not being charged or running out of battery!

This inverter is the best for the car. The size is perfect and it does not get hot when in use.

Our family needed to be on-line for much of our trip. We didn't have to stop just to charge things. Great item to have when you travel for fun or business!

I loved that the charger provides enough power to keep up with my heavy processor demands (video editing) without allowing my Mac battery to get down to no charge. Also, a small but significant bonus is that the charger has a hinge and is able to be turned up to 90° once plugged in. That helps keep the charging cable out of the way.

This was exactly what I needed when my laptop battery died. I was able to continue working while my husband drove up north for our snowmobile trip. I've only used the plug but I'm sure the USB is just as effective.

Works great. I use the inverter to plug in my laptop at a Jobsite, with my EV providing 5G network service. I can work from anywhere.

I use this because my phone is very picky on how it likes to be charged. So this device allows me to use the wall charger in the car. When it gets hot the fan is quite loud but it definitely works

I brought this a year ago and it still works! I brought them when I was doing a security job while I was taking online classes. I mainly got it so I can charge my laptop while in the car. The usb plug was a plus. It works great easy to store in glove compartment and it charged my laptop with no problems

This outlet seems like it would be great for road trip. It has a power outlet and a USB in one. Unfortunately, I purchased the item and never got the chance to use it. Seems like a good value. Don't know how the charging capacity is since I didn't actually sue it,

I had purchase another car charger that was totally unsuitable. We stopped on our way north on the Interstate to look for another item. This works very well. My car is my office and now I am able to use my laptop as much as needed now that I have this dual charger.

A simple inverter with two ac plugs and two 2.1A USB ports. 100W continuous/160W peek puts out as much power as your going to get from a car's DC port. The biggest advantage of this model is that is comes with a nice long cord instead of just sticking out of the port, which is handy for cars like mine with the port right next to the steering wheel.
