I plugged this into my truck during a tornado warning to keep track of the storm on my laptop as the electricity in the house was going off and on, finally off. I also has a port to plug in my phone. Portable chargers only last so long. But as long as you have a good battery in your vehicle, this thing could go for days. I'm getting a couple more.

It works as intended. It is powerful enough to charge my MacBook Air in my car. It does have a fan that is loud if you don't have the radio on.

works well, compact, the rotating hinge seems good, provides adqeuate power to charge macbook pro 15 even under load so i'm quite happy. has usb ports for charging phones at same time, but they're standard 2amp ports, daisy chain your phone over USBC to macbook pro for best charging.

Great product small and compact while at the same time being the most powerful vehicle charger available which means quicker battery recovery while driven in addition, two ports, a his and a hers, lol, so no takin turns my honey and I can charge simotaniously, finally it's fairly priced so it's a great bang for ur buck!!

I knew the passive USB would not get it done, so I went to Best Buy looking for something to plug into the "cigarette lighter." (Yes, I'm over 60.) This thing is GREAT! I've been driving around for 5 to 7 hours at a time using two apps that would kill my battery in 3 hours if not for the CyberPower 160W Power Inverter - Keeps it at 100% the whole time!

In all honesty, this is one of those times when you get what you paid for! I had a $10 gift certificate plus the item went on sale so I didn’t overspend for this cyber power auto travel, USB port and outlet extender. However, the unit seems to be, a poor quality construction! Very lightweight hollow sounding plastic. That seems like it will break if it takes a bad spill falling out of the car or something like that. The regular wall outlets are very difficult to use and every time I shove a charger block into one of them. It seems like the plastic is going to snap off. The USB ports Don’t seem very sturdy and or one accidental drop or violent yank out away from snapping off. There is also a difficult to use plastic hanger that pops out from the back that you can use to hang from the backseat mat pockets. Again, this seems like it’s one extension away from snapping off. The unit is somewhat Bulky , and from a company like cyber power, I would’ve expected more.

This product worked exactly as stated and was a great price. The ability for movement was crucial as we were traveling for vacation and the car was pretty packed. I was able to charge the MiFi device I was using and my laptop simultaneously. Great buy!

Purchasing this gadget was a great investment! I can use it while on the go and never have to worry about any of my electronic devices loosing power. It’s an easy set up and can be used in any car. I can charge my laptop and phones at the same time! 10 out of 10!

Just bought a perfect condition 2002 Honda civic ex and it works awesome for my phone and its great for somebody who has a laptop they need to charge while I am driving. Its awesome

The price was right and the product does exactly what it is meant for. I use my laptop in the vehicle on a regular basis. i recently had an issue and had a loaner. This little guy was perfect for charging my laptop on the go.

So, bought this as I had to do a bunch of work on a roadtrip. Truth be told, I didn't realize my laptop Power supply stated 180w (unit states 160w) so I may not have gotten the most out of this thing. If I recall correctly, it did charge my laptop when not in use and I wasn't draining while using (held steady). There were times when it seemed I had to unplug either laptop/phone or both because the charging stopped but usually reseating the device or re-plugging laptop/phone worked. Device also got really hot but that may have been the aforementioned 180w to 160w difference. All in all, it did what I wanted it to do (allow me to use my laptop over a 5+ hour road trip). I'll likely only use it once or twice a year but overall, I think it is worth the cost if that is what you are looking for.

Works just as it should nothing more nothing less which is amazing for the days of now.

Does its job well without overheating. I put it in the cargo area of my toyota rav4 and i could hear a slight sound coming from it and i was in the drivers seat. But it charged my laptop which has a 40 watt charger in a timely manner. I liked that i didnt pay much for this and it seems of good quality considering there are much more pricier options on the market.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. I had to power up my work laptop during a road trip and was able to use the original power supply cables for my laptop with this power inverter. I was even able to give some juice to other devices (phones, ipads) at the same time. I would highly recommend!

We love it! My Mum has a 15 year old cell phone—hence, no usb like most cell phones to charge in an AC adapter while driving—so this power inverter was a game changer for her! Having the ability to juice up anytime in the car & know that her phone wouldn’t die on our road trips have been great! It’s simple, bends to have it point in the direction you want, ands has a USB port for charging my phone too. It also helped her have peace of mind in her everyday travels to run errands.

Worked like a charm during the recent blackout & i had to charge all my devices from the car. However, it gets super hot to the touch & i worried that it would affect my car battery, but it didnt. You could attach an extension cord too, or an adapter that has multiple outlets, although I wouldn't make it a habit!

Bought one for work first to power a 150watt speaker system for 4th of July parade. Worked great! Then purchased another for camping. Makes noise when working hard, but appears to be doing everything just fine. Just a little distracting when it whirs up

We drive a truck that has two plugs in it so we've been a bit spoiled when it comes to plugging in household items in the car. When we were out of town our rental didn't have a plug so we picked up this gem and it was perfect! As a breast feeding mom, this was exactly what I needed to pump while driving around seeing sites. My husband also used it with his laptop to get a bit of work done while we were away too! Love it and will use it again and again!

Works great to charge any devise while we are on the road. My significant other and I love road trips and this allows her to charge her laptop (to work from the road when necessary) and our cell phones and any other device we have with just the cigarette lighter port in my car.
