    I was happy that the Geek Squad man was so helpful in first confirming to me that my old one was indeed "dead". Then he showed where I could find a new Battery Backup and advised me on which one would be good for my situation.

    My husband purchased this to have our power couch hooked up to it just in case power goes out. He looked online at all stores and prices and Best Buy had they type and price he was looking for. Another great purchase

    Instructions were clear and backup performs as described. Easily silence the alarms is the feature I like the most. Going to buy another to replace competitors model. Definitely recommend this product.

    I use this for my TV, cable box, PS3... everything is on surge and the cable box is on battery backup so nothing is interrupted during storms / quick outages. My older 350v died and CyberPower is replacing it.
