I purchased two of these units. Got them home and plugged them in for 8 hours+ as directed before using them to charge the batteries. Plugged in my devices and thought nothing of it until the first power flicker happened the next day. One unit stayed up fine, the other immediately went down as if it had no battery at all. Disconnected everything and checked it to make sure I had plugged my devices into the proper outlets (I had) and determined the unit to be defective. Hey, it happens, and I returned it for an exchange. Got the replacement unit home and so far, so good. Deducted one star due to the defective unit and the fact that these units, while they work, don't seem to be of the same quality as say, an APC. Of course, for the price, it's perfectly adequate.

Performed a quick run test after full charge. Got better than expected offline runtime despite being loaded close to capacity. So long as the battery holds up as warranted should be good to go. Construction feels solid.

Great product. It kept my modem and router going when my power went out long enough for me too casually finishv what I was doing and then power down the laptop. Exactly what I wanted it for!

My old UPS needed to be replaced, Best Buy had battery back ups in stock at great price price. I have peace of mind knowing I will not lose power when the power goes out.

Wanted to be safe with a new computer and potentially loosening circuits or whatever causes power irregularities...this seems to have done the trick and helps protect sensitive equipment

Have had 4-5 essentially identical devices over the last few years. While I wish the internal batteries lasted longer, these have been reliable; I currently have two others in service.

this is a reliable system for home protection of my apple mac it is unobtrusive and i don't worry about loss of service or data due to outages while it provides the normal surge protection

I bought this product and it is wonderful and it is performing as expected. No problems and it hold the power the right amount of time to shut down my computer in time after the power has gone out. I did test it on a gaming rig, and it was just enough to shut down the computer. It kept it on for about 5 minutes before it had lost power. No problems performed as stated on the box and piece of mind knowing its there is nice.

I bought this to set up in our home business in Honduras, power outages are pretty common there, so this definitely comes in handy to ba able to turn off everything properly.

This is a quality power supply with a reasonable amount of back up power for those inevitable power surges/outages. Well made. Purchased it on a daily special at a great price.

After a few storms came through my area and had the power going on and off I decided I need more than a power strip to protect my computer and monitor so I added this. Has enough backup power to keep my stuff from shutting off if lights flicker.

My old backup died and I purchased this one. It has worked well for me at home and I have one just like it at work that works well which is why I decided to purchase this one.

I have had this brand before and to date not a bit of trouble with 3 models in different locations. Their price point is way more competitive and the features are adequate.

We were having issues with storms causing on PCs to power off and cause data loss. These units solved the issue and were priced very reasonable. We are happy that we got these.

I usually by APC UPS but have recently been buying some CyberPower for the last year or so now. Have not had any issues as of yet and CyberPower 450VA is great for the price

Must have for business! I have a photo booth business and I use it just in case something happens to the electrical system of location especially in an unfamiliar place.

Great product, has plenty of plugins available with half on battery backup, and the entire power strip is surge protected. There are a couple of areas that I was disappointed with; the battery backup only lasted 15 minutes and it beeps continuously while its on backup power (became annoying pretty quickly), but with the extra minutes it provided I was able to save my work and shut down my systems safely. Bottom line, it did the job.

Excellent protection from surges and the battery backup works as advertised. My first one lasted over 10 years before the battery gave out. Only complaint is that the plug outlets on the unit need to be spaced out more. A lot of the connectors from Wifi units, modems, speakers have odd shaped connectors that prevent them from being placed next to each other in the current plug outlets on the Unit.

I’m a firm believer that you need to properly protect your electronics. This surge protector came in at the right price point and it was a no brainer
