Only 4 of the 6 outlets can be used at one time because they need to be spaced further apart to accommodate larger sized plugs. Larger sized plugs partially cover the middle outlet which makes it usable.

Regarding the outlet spacing, we understand how frustrating it can be when larger plugs block adjacent outlets. While this model is designed to be compact for wall use, we do offer other surge protectors with wider spacing specifically for bulky adapters.
