it works fine, although the electricity hasn't gone out for me to properly test it

This UPS was so easy to set up, just plug it in and plug in your devices. It has performed flawlessly since it was installed.

This backup battery is the best one I have owned yet especially for the price.

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar model I bought 5 years ago. It has more outlets than my last unit and I expect it will last as long or longer than my previous unit.

Protects computer from power surges, electrical backouts. Love this feature. We live in a monsoon state.

I had to replace (1st thing Sun morning) a battery back that died after 5 PM Sat because local power company power fluctuations. I've had better luck with CyberPower than APC. Best Buy had the product in stock. Delivery only at OfficeDepot and Staples. Ordered on-line. Was ready for pickup when store opened. Computer up and running as soon as it was plugged in. Does it's job well. What more is there to say. Must have battery backup on all electronic products in FL. Otherwise you have problems.

CyberPower - 850VA Battery Back-Up was so easy to set up and has enough outlets to plug everything I needed. Working great so far!

Needed a backup serge protector, and needed it fast. Ran over to Best Buy got wonderful help and quickly and were back in business. Wonderful product and great service.

The battery back up and surge protector has ample outlets and is compact enough to fit comfortably under the desk. Good product.

I bought this to use with my router, cable modem, and Synology server. My power goes out from time to time and also has brown-outs at times. So far, this has worked as it should. It is nice to have peace of mind as well. I've had one time a few years before buying this when the router went down when I was writing to the server. The server thought it had a hard drive failure and I lost everything on that drive. I bought this UPS to help prevent that scenario from happening again.

My last battery back up only had 4 plugs and I had to use 3-ways which created a jungle of wires! This one has MORE than we need so it's easy to trace one when I have a problem. Now I'm organized again.

VERY NICE, MY LAST UNIT WAS FROM 1999, SO THIS IS A VERY HIGH STEP UP.

In our home, we can loose power without any warning, so I wanted something to guard my computer. The more things you have pluggedd into the battery backup device, the less time you will have. I bought the one with 12 outlets and that is fine, but I only have 5 minutes to get my computer shut down before it shuts down for me. But what I really wanted it for was to save the computer from shutting off when the power goes off for only 10 seconds or so. This has worked great, no porblems.

This unit is what I looking for have enough backup battery outlet plus the surg protector outlets as well. For as the proformance of this unit can't Comment on it yet haven't had any power to go out since I purchased it.

Does what it should. Time will tell how long it lasts. Plenty of Outlets nicely spaced, good specs for the money.

I have had three of these units (of various amperage) over the years and they have served me well. Good way to provide additional time to safely shut down in midst of power failure or extended run time or surge protection.

Great quality for the price. Last one lasted 3 years and worked through many power surges with all the tornadoes and severe weather in my area. Haven't had to replace any of my electronics (TV, sound system, computer, etc)

I was expecting this Backup to be able to handle turning on and off the peripheral devices, as a good Backup can do, but the other brand that advertises it can, was not in stock and priced much higher. This certainly works and will be OK, but I can't wait for it to die so I can get a good one.

Great price for its battery capacity. I would have preferred a unit with built-in surge protection for network cabling - the only path to computer that this unit does not have. In fact, few if any CyberPower units have network surge protection. Voltage regulation is a feature that competitor units that I have seen do not have at anywhere near this price.
