Look, I have three of these that I've been using for 3-4 yrs and all have served their purpose without fail. Reading through negative reviews makes me wonder if they aren't just competitor "paid bashers". That's actually a thing.

We have been having brownouts where I live. I didn’t want my Roomba to fail because of the grids fluctuating electricity. So I bought this ups to protect my investment. I bought a second one from the same company through Best Buy that is sine wave for my network to avoid damage to my mesh system and have plenty of room to add a TV and security systems hard drive.

It works great it last 4 hours even with intense work on my desktop

Excellent at what it does. I live in a building with power fluctuations, so the AVR is essential and the battery backup has given me plenty of time to save my work and shut down normally when the power goes out. I used the previous model for over a decade so when the time came to replace it there was no question.

I would be giving this 5 stars but I've yet to see it in operation (our power has been stable since I got it). Love the fact that I can power and protect my computer, 3 monitors, internet modem and wifi transmitter. Plus charge my phone, et al.

Easy to set up and customize depending upon how your house current fluctuates if at all. Software downloads fast for automated shutdown of your cpu and accessories. I love knowing a true sinewave (60hz) is produced, allowing sensitive electronics to have a longer life cycle. With self checks, voltage customization, USB/C and easy setup, it works for this house.

I live in an area that occasionally has sudden loss of power due to high winds and this UPS has protected my new PC a couple of times already allowing me to power down safely and protect my rig as well as my work when the power goes out

This is a less fancy version of UPS. It does the job well. Setup was easy. It has USB A and C type of charging port on the front side, which can be handy to use. Enough power to drive a water cooled PC system with powerful graphic card.

Great backup battery device for my main router and telephone line just in case the power goes out which has happened an works great.

The last CyberPower backup that I owned lasted almost 10 years. I did have to replace the battery about 5 years in, but the overall system was great. I've purchased this as a replacement and I love the fact it has both a USB C and A port on the front. This system can tell you info about power load, wattage, and voltages at the press of a button.

Good device a little to easy to use. Plug and play.

It keeps my computer working to save my work in time

I own several UPS systems and this one has the perfect amount of features and power delivery for the price. The wattage display is a nice touch to keep up with power draws. You can test the system with a couple presses of a button. Paired a Synology through the USB and Synology picks up health and status information.

I love cyberpower. I am going to need another but it lasted me 12 years!
