Very disappointed

We are going to return it within a month because we didn’t end up needing it. Best Buy has a terrible return policy that you need to join the club in order to return anything Longer than 14 days. This is a joke. I had the receipt. The box was unopened and I I am amazed at the bad response. I don’t blame the people at the store. I blame The corporate rules. I will be very hard-pressed to shop at Best Buy again.

This adapter worked perfectly and charged my laptop in under an hour! Definitely worth it and pretty cheap too.

I’m really sorry to hear that the AC outlets on your CyberPower M175XUC Power Inverter didn’t work when you finally needed them. That’s definitely not the experience we want our customers to have, especially after holding onto the product in good faith.
While we’re glad the USB port is functioning, the AC outlets should absolutely be working as well. It’s possible the unit may have developed a fault, or one of the connected devices wasn't compatible with the device.

This defeated the purpose of having two. I returned this item.
