Posted .Hello, there should not be any loud noises coming from the Power Inverter. If there is a device connected drawing more than 175 watts, we do not recommend using that device with the power inverter. Also, if the inverter keeps making noise, please either exchange the inverter from where it was purchased or contact our technical support for assistance at 1.877.297.6937 and dial 1 for tech support.
