I’m really sorry to hear that the AC outlets on your CyberPower M175XUC Power Inverter didn’t work when you finally needed them. That’s definitely not the experience we want our customers to have, especially after holding onto the product in good faith.
While we’re glad the USB port is functioning, the AC outlets should absolutely be working as well. It’s possible the unit may have developed a fault, or one of the connected devices wasn't compatible with the device.

This defeated the purpose of having two. I returned this item.
