First, I am very happy with this purchase. I run a custom build but I bought this for my nephew as a graduation present; after first dealing with a Newegg DOA with far worse specs for the same amount of money. I highly recommend shipping to-store via Best Buy vs. purchasing from Newegg - I was waiting for a refund for a month with Newegg and they sent me a destroyed ABS system. First, this is the best deal I've found. The HDD's are Western Digital, the SSD is nvme Western Digital as well. 2x 8gb ram sticks, two more available. The RAM brand isn't bad, but not spectacular (Ballistix I believe.) Mobo is ASRock, micro-atx, but still has everything you need. The main thing I didn't care for was the power supply, it's a reasonable Apevia 600W gold plus standard non-modular but I immediately swapped it out for an EVGA 650W SuperNova 10 year gold plus; never hurts to have a spare PSU. The other thing I did was add 3x 120mm fans. I couldn't find specs on this at the time of purchase so I didn't know if it took 120 or 140mm fans - it takes both, 3 of each. Has molex and pin connectors; molex was an easy install, reduced temps. It games well, it mines well. While I see pictures with MSI 1660 Supers, mine came with a Gigabyte 1660 Super OC and I was quite happy about that. It's probably a matter of availability. I think anyone who gives this machine a 1/5 over the keyboard being a piece of crap clearly doesn't know how much these parts cost individually. The GPU and CPU alone cover the entire expense in a scalper market. Took me 2.5 months to find this, and shortly after purchasing it quickly became sold out and/or unavailable in my area. If you can get it, do it. Best Buy offers 2-week hassle-free returns and after that, you have 1-year manufacturer warranty. The box it came in wasn't beat up and was easy to carry out to my car. My nephew lit up just like the RGB's, it's his first desktop so he is very amped! Made a deal with my nephew that I get to mine it when he's not using it to help with the cost, the other investment being in him and his future. 21MH/s without overclock, around 30MH/s with overclock. Always overclock incrementally and be aware there are risks; I didn't overclock until I had watched the temps (high compared to my build, but still reasonable at 60-64 C at full load; though I'll probably attempt to cool that down some more. Seen my nephew playing CS:GO and Minecraft without any lag, but I have to sit down and net_graph and such to check frames. Looked like 200+, at a glance. Can't shake a stick at a Ryzen 7 3700X... it rivals my Intel Ryzen Killer OC'ed to 5ghz w/ AIO on a Cooler Master RGB fan cooler. You won't beat these specs for this price. I wasn't selected in over 20 Newegg Shuffles and I was getting ready to build a system instead. This is an excellent turnout. Hit delete key to get into BIOS. That's where the RGB settings are, the last option at the bottom under the Tools panel. Not my favorite way to deal with RGB but hardly a reason to remove a star. Replace PSU, add 3 120 or 140mm fans, and you're good. CPU is AM4 and you could easily upgrade mobos, ram, and even the chassy with ease. Wire management was great, but be careful around the fan controller if you swap out your PSU/add fans. Came with all components and no damage to any of them. I hope this is helpful!

this is a really good pc for the price. I swear best buy has some of the best price deals with these pcs during the gpu shortage. This is an amazing pc that runs all my games very well, over 100fps on every game I have played, and i also love the sleek minimalistic case. But there are 2 reasons why i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. 1, best buy delayed my order for a day, it really isn't the biggest issue because i got it the next day but it just kind of sucked. And 2, there was a dent under the front panel of the case and that made me very sad i cry but anyways besides those little things, i recommend this pc!

I've had this computer for 2 years and it still runs great! The graphics are good, not excellent, but it’s expected since the computer isn’t top of the line. The only issue that I ran into waa not having enough hard drive space. That was easily fixed with the second hard drive.

I’ve been using it for about two years now and so far everything has been great about it and I haven’t ran into any problems. I have two monitors, a webcam, mouse, keyboard, headphones, and microphone connected to it.

I've had my Gamer Master Desktop for almost a year now and I'm extremely satisfied with its gaming performance. Its only flaw was the 3 cooling fan it came with wasn't strong enough. The pc could run games but not without producing a lot of heat. I fixed this by installing the NZXT - Kraken X63 RGB AIO 280mm (see image below) and now it runs games at a temperature of 60-70 (as opposed to 80-90). I'd also strongly recommend buying a separate mouse and keyboard: the former was too heavy and the latter had malfunctioning keys. I mostly bought this product for the GPU and processor. The case is also a plus.

This was my first time purchasing a gaming PC. I was open with my budget and was even considering the infamous Alienware for a while. I settled on this one and I'm so happy I did! Amazing specs at a STEAL of a price. Here's my pros and cons list! PROS: - It comes in white and has LED lighting. Aesthetically, it is beautiful and fits my pink and a white theme very well. - My streams never lag and I play Sims 4 with mods + cc which is really hard on any PC. I've never seen my game so clear and fast. - I play every game with ease. I've downloaded so many games from Steam and all run smoothly with no lag. - "Affordable" price for all you get with this PC - Easy installation. I use a TV as one of my monitors and it was really easy to set everything up. Just plug it in and go. - Lots of USB ports. CONS: - It is HUGE and HEAVY. No pictures/reviews does the size justice. I had no idea it would be as big as it is. I was shocked. Luckily, I had help carrying it and I have the space for it. But, if you are cramped for space, this might not be for you. It is too tall and wide to fit on top of my 45" desk with my monitor and other things. - Came with a few scratches/dents but I didn't think these cosmetic issues were worth returning it for. - Not the most silent PC I've come across. It isn't loud, but you can definitely hear a hum when it's working a little harder than normal. - While lots of USB ports was a pro, there are so many that cable control is needed if you care about aesthetics. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This was really hard to get! I signed up for notifs when it would come back in stock because it's that sought after. Especially in white. So if you see it available, just go for it like I did! You won't be disappointed.

I don't usually write reviews and after doing 3 months worth of research, I decided to write one. PC far exceeds my expectations. Will be using it mostly for video editing. Opened it up, set it up, did a quick test on rendering a 5-minute video, and it's lightning-fast. My old pc would take over an hour. This PC did it in under 5 minutes. Extremely happy with my purchase! Would buy it again!

It was super easy to set up, worked perfectly the first time and runs smoothly. Only small issues is that it is a little loud. Was also a little bigger than expected but its whatever.

This is my first ever Gaming PC coming from console (PlayStation), and I gotta say even at 1080p there is a visual difference in graphics, smoothness, sharpness, just everything is definitely better, it's much faster than a console, I am very satisfied with my purchase, definitely room for upgrades, which I'm in no rush in doing so because it's perfectly fine as is, but I'll keep y'all update of any changes, Also the shipping was fast, got it here within 3 day's.

This was my second PC purchase. I had bought from another brand that I ended up returning and the PC was broken right out of the box. The CyberPower work is great! The case is good quality, it's fast and it worked right out of the box. The graphics card was pre installed too. Great value for the money. I couldn't build one with the same power for this price.

So far its exceeding all of my expectations. We were looking for a PC that was above the cookie cutter prebuilt ones that we had the option of changing out GPU's down the road and upgrading. This seemed to fit our bill better then any others we saw available at bestbuy. It has managed to surpass all the requirements for any game we've loaded and boots extremely fast. Colors in the case can be changed via presets. Runs relatively quiet for a gaming PC. Overall I'm happy and would feel comfortable recommending it to a friend.

PC arrived in peak condition, is pretty. As expected. Fans do the spinny and the woosh woosh light up spinny RGB we all know and love. Start up was easy, everything went smoooooth. Yeah, it's good, a good purchase. Would buy again, mostly cause woosh woosh spinny RGB. I love it.

I ordered the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD back in july 2021 as a gift to myself because i have wanted a gaming PC ever since i was 12 and now am a young adult. I have the PC for about 7 months almost going on 8 and have not had ANY issues with this PC, i am able to stream and use editing software while gaming with no issues. I am able to run GTA 5, a plague tale of innocence, tell me why, Beyond - Two souls, and the Sims 2,3,and 4 and other high graphic intensive games with ease and on high settings. I would recommended this PC for anyone that wants to get their first Gaming PC

I just purchased a CyberPowerPC GMA5400BST 3.66GHz 8 core Tower PC from BestBuy and man is this one fast gamming system! This beast was ready to rock as soon as I had all my peripherals connected. Setup was a breeze and windows 10 has been rock steady. Having 16GB DDR4 memory, a 500GB SSD and a 1TB HDD makes running processes extremely fast. The installed video card is a NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB which is blazingly fast! The system also sports a tempered glass and metal case with four ARGB fans that really light up the entire case, making an awesome display! Having built several gamming systems myself, for $1199.00, you simply can't beat this price for a system of this quality! Highly Recommended!

OMG!! If you are thinking about it do it...I run so many games so easily. I can run Valorant at 350 FPS With maxed settings. I run 400+ FPS on Fortnite. The pc is AMAZING!! And its sooooo cheap. GET IT NOW!!!!

Pumped with this gaming rig. Have been shopping for a gaming PC for a long time and finally went for this one and have been thrilled with the performance. It is a big PC but that is no problem in my opinion because it is gorgeous. Definitely recommend this PC.

Although a little expensive for the specs, it is a good pre-built in this market where PC parts prices are astronomically high. The PC runs great and the RGB fans are nice.

After spending some time trying to find a good pc (which includes graphics, storage, looks and price point) I landed on this prebuilt one. It's honestly a good deal for your lower-mid range builds.
