I ordered this about a week ago and just recently set it up, I haven't had a PC in a couple years and it certainly feels good to be back!

I got the pc, did the recommended start up / set up guide that came with it, then installed antivirus software. Then i went to update from Win10 to 11. After Win11 was installed, i went to restart per usual. The machine powered down completely. It would not turn on at all after. I checked all connections, inspected the motherboard for any physical noticeable damage, didnt see any, it just wouldnt power on. I took it to geek squad, and they said it was the power supply that was damaged. They couldnt order me another power supply, so they said the only way to repair it was to make me buy a different power supply. So the product was defective, and you cant order the spare parts, so youre going to make me buy a part even though it was a manufacture defect? Literally makes no sense at all. So i ended up buying a new power supply, and they still charged me labor to fix it! This machine has under 10 mins of use time, and its still under warranty! Why should i be charged for having to supply it another PSU and the labor. After all that, they figured that the new PSU didnt work as well, and something was wrong with the motherboard. So instead of having them look further into it and charging me more money for a defected product, i just returned the whole thing. No sure why the consumer would have to keep paying more money for a manufacture defect. On top of that, i used my antivirus license on it, and they said theres nothing they can do about it. Just wow. smh.

Got this PC today and everything works great and came in good shape. Came with a 2060 instead of the listed card which is a good thing.

So far so good with this Gaming PC. This product was purchased as an exchange on a previously returned purchased one so it’s better then the previous purchased gaming pc that was returned for never working

This computer is immaculate in so many ways. The startup, very quiet. It had my toes curling. Very fast and well worth the money.

When we received the Pc the PC's Graphics card was not mounted properly. We Tried cleaning out the ram and placing it to see if it would work, but sadly it did not. The Pc's RGB was working good but the Graphics card was not working. My son was really sad to see this. In a rush, they did not fix the components properly. PLEASE FIX THE QUALITY CYBERPOWER.
