Kept crashing

It was packaged well, but think it had rough treatment in transit. When I opened, one of the memory sticks was laying in the bottom of the case. I replaced, but the unit would not boot. After removing the memory and re installing as well as checking all connections, I was able to get it to boot and then configured Windows. Unfortunately, after configuration, it would only run apps/games for a few minutes before crashing. It appeared to be a video card issue, but could also have been memory, motherboard, power supply or something else. With the return window closing, I was afraid to start replacing components without being certain of the cause. The item was no longer available, so I returned it and purchased an alternate (more expensive) item. I liked the unit, and I honestly think it would have worked well if not for this issue. My gut thinks it was dropped in shipment enough to damage something without showing significant damage on the packaging, but who knows
